Do not get a subscription with this company. I have tried almost all of the pre-made heat to serve meal prep companies and this one is the worst. I DID receive my first set of meals. They were alright. My situation changed and I decided to quit, but at first I decided just to postpone a couple of weeks. Within those weeks I decided just to cancel, so I did. I went through the process on the site and at the end it said "Your Subscription is Canceled." When the postponement date I had previously scheduled had passed, I was charged again. Luckily my bank denied declined the transaction. Since that time I had "canceled" my subscription 6 times (I just did it before coming here to write this), I also emailed their customer service and they responded saying they will cancel my subscription manually (that was yesterday) and they are STILL trying to charge my account! I tried calling twice and the call dropped both times while I was on hold. The site won't let me delete my debit card. Not sure what to do next, I'd hate to have to cancel my card just because of this and have to change ALL of my other banking to a new card!

The Good: SOME meals were quite tasty. The serving size was quite generous. Packed well and all meals were still cold when I got it. My first order was delayed and I let them know I would not be home during the rescheduled day and they refunded me and cancelled my order, so I could try again. The Bad: A few of the meals were actually inedible. I had a chicken one where I couldn't cut the chicken with a steak knife it was so rubbery! Shipping - my first order was "damaged" and was going to be delivered 2 days late, so I cancelled. My second order I signed up for texts, so I would know when it arrived. I got no texts, and the company left the box out by the far side of my garage rather than my front door. I had no idea how long it was out. (But it was still cold when I opened it.) Add on items - I often add items (for other companies I have used), and then will adjust after I see everything. Forkful will instantly charge you for ANY add-on you put in your basket INSTANTLY. (Not the regular meals, but add-ons, premiere meals, etc.) So I ended up paying for ones I probably would have removed as I didn't know that they did this. Bottom line, the combination of shipping issues and about half the meals being not great, I decided to cancel.

Just awful. I wouldn't feed to my dog.

I want to say that Forkful has the BEST meals of all the food services. The quality is top notch. Portions are amazing. Selections are great. And the pricing can’t be beat. And I am extremely happy that my meals are delivered COLD with plenty of dry ice remaining. Thank you Forkful.

Their meals aren’t good, and they don’t tell you about the extra $15 PER MEAL that they charge if you forget to choose your meals! I was charged $90 for 5 meal, absurd! DONT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

I have used many meal delivery services and Forkful is the worst. I only did one order and threw several meals away. The meat is tough and they are flavorless. Save your time and money.

When I first started this 6 months ago it was great. There have been a few hiccups with missing meals or damaged meals and I have been credited. My last order on 9/22 arrived minus one meal and absolutely "NO ICE PACKS". Where is the quality control with this company? I also live in Florida where the temps during the day are high 90's. This box sat outside. I called immediately, spoke to Rhea who I also sent pictures too. I have asked for a full refund and have been ghosted since. I have emailed several times and when I call, I sit on hold and then it hangs up. I don't recommend this company.

I was forced to sign up for the service to see the meals, and a notice said you will not be charged yet, and then I was charged and they won't reverse the charge. The lady I spoke to was rude, had no solution, and would not refer me to anyone else to speak to. Be careful.
