Check out their BBB ratings - an "F" and for good reason! On Aug. 1, 2026 I canceled my subscription minutes after entering my credit card info as stupidly, I didn't check reviews for this company prior to signing up. I use other meal services and they have zero problems with cancellations or pauses in service with enough notice - i.e. before they ship. Forkful's "terms and conditions" tab on their webpage circled back to their home page when I was on their site. They refuse to credit my account even though the item never shipped and I stopped the subscription within the hour!!!! Horrible, horrible company - stay away!!

WATCH OUT! Good luck getting a refund for an order you skipped, canceled, and never recieved! Their customer service is not helpful, at all, one reply last month, issue still not resolved, wow! I've sent them several messages, they keep closing them without resolving them! All I want is a REFUND OF MY $190!!! Unbelievable!

Update: a very warm box eventually arrived that they claim was to replace the box that didn’t come. The ice packs were all melted. Not even partially frozen with the inside gel leaked in some of boxes. Food was all warm. They did not refund me but gave me a credit so I am forced to get another box. Worst experience. Poor customer service. Took multiple times of me calling leaving messages and sending in tickets to get a response. First box at a discount everything was great. Second box over $100. Sunday delivery and nothing came. Messaged them 3 days in a row some generic email reply of we are looking into it. Called waited on hold over 15 mins no answer. Set to have a call back and never got one. Called again 20 min wait and left message. No call back again. It’s 4 days and still no food and no customer service. Will not use again. Filing a dispute with my bank for services not delivered and will be canceling

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My first order had 2 incorrect meals. WHY? Either someone can't read or they ran out of my choices? IDK. Either way, this wasn't taken care of. Meal services are for those who also track macros or have dietary restrictions, so although I got the correct number of meals for the 1st order, they were NOT what I wanted. For my 2nd order, I was MISSING an entire meal. I've submitted tickets, taken photos and emailed them, and I get ignored. The numbers on the site and emails are ringing endlessly too!!! I am extremely frustrated. 1 mistake, ok as long as it's fixed. 2nd time around? How are you in business with poor quality work?

My food arrived a day later then promised. The ice packs werent frozen, the food wasnt cold. I've called dozens of times and found that the call AUTOMATICALLY hangs up after 5 minutes exactly. I get an immediate response in a ticket when I open one online, but theres never any follow up. DO NOT purchase from this company.

Placed an order over 2 months ago which was never received, and despite several conversations requesting a refund they still haven't given me my money back. Customer service is quick but not very helpful.

I wish I could leave a good review for Forkful, but I just cannot. My son has allergies and upon asking I was told that every ingredient is listed both on the website and the meal itself. However, I opened one meal that was chock full of mushrooms and mushrooms were not listed anywhere. This made me very concerned that there could be other ingredients in the meals that also were not stated. So I do not trust them. I also found their website to be clunky to use. And lastly, our box of meals was delivered at 11:15PM, over an hour after we had gone to bed. This was in the heat of the summer and if my husband had not gone down to check at 1:30AM, the food would have spoiled by morning. I do not recommend this service.

Delicious ready made meals. 2min in the microwave and 2min set.
