It is too bad I have to write this, because their food was actually delicious. My meals were considerably delayed, not by one or two days, but sometimes by a week! We planned our shopping and lives around these and depended on them and they never came on time. I cannot trust them to feed my family. Go elsewhere.

I was looking at the products online and investigating whether I wanted to try this service. I ended up with an unwanted order yesterday that I canceled after looking at other reviews. And I was charged even after canceling it. Customer service was no help. Your company will now be reported for fraudulent practices. I read other reviews with the same issue.

Terrible. Two weeks, money taken but no delivery. No messages to say the delivery was not going to arrive. When the food did arrive the meals were often not the meals I ordered. No app makes ordering and tracking orders almost impossible and when you try to call customer services the line is always busy. I would avoid this company, there are so many better alternatives on the market.

My honest review—after using this company for a few months—is that the food is not bad; in fact, it's actually quite good for the price. However, the customer service is awful. They continued to charge my credit card even after I had paused my membership because I was going out of the country. I contacted them, and they told me to send them an email with an screenshot with the credit card charges, then also they asked me to sent a text message again with the screenshot, after I sent them a message detailing the charges, they claimed they couldn't find any record of them. I ended up having to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. I wouldn't continue using the service or recommend this company, solely because of the poor customer service.

The Food: The quality is mediocre at best. While edible, the meals are uninspired and do not justify the price point. "Just okay" is the most accurate description. The Service & Experience: Canceling the subscription is unnecessarily difficult. The process is designed to be frustrating, and when I reached out for assistance, customer service was dismissive and rude. Verdict: Not worth the hassle. There are far better meal services available with better food and professional support. Avoid.

I never ordered this food service, but somehow I received it. But I was able to get a refund. The food is nasty tasting.

Went to site signed up, selected meals. Right off the bat thought the site was wonky so I tried to back out. Since they had my CC I figured it would be a simple Need to Cancel. So I cancelled but couldn't confirm my CC wouldn't be charged. Long and short once you give these clowns your CC you'll be charged for an order. Predatory defined. Got the meals, satisfactory. Comparable to Factor.

I decided to try them because they had a special, so I ordered 10 meals. I am a disabled senior, and cannot do much cooking. When the meals arrived, there were only seven in the box. I contacted them, and they offered me credit for three meals on my next order? I have yet to hear back, as I told them I am not making another order. The two meals that I tried were very bland, and the zucchini was extremely rubbery and an edible. The vegan sausage was absolutely gross. I’m going to stick with FACTOR meal delivery, their food is tasty and I always get the correct order.
