First order was late. Didn’t let me edit my meals for the 2nd order an had to throw away half of them. Messaged customer service over a week ago and never heard anything back. First meal was really good. All other 7 were edible but not good. Stick to Factor if you are going to pay that price.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. A phone number and email address are provided, yet no one answers. First (and absolutely last) shipment was three days late. Spoiled food. Disgusting.

Terrible service. After being over billed for my first order, I tried to cancel. They refused saying once you log in you are charged. They denied the additional charge was made and refused to correct it. I called multiple times trying to get reimbursed before having my credit card company issue a dispute to get refunded. They never even shipped any meals as I had over a week before the meal selection deadline. Very sketchy company. I do not recommend you even log in as you will be charged as soon as they get your credit card info.

I cannot get them to stop emailing me. I have used their unsubscribe facility. I have blocked them. Every day I get emails from different email addresses to me. They think I'm in America, I'm not. There is no email address on their website. They just give their phone number and postal address. Neither are ways I'm going to contact them from the UK. No legitimate, reputable business acts like this.

Like so many other reviews, I was just trying to check out their options and couldn't even see the menu until after I was charged. They promised plant-based gluten-free meals, but guess what...I can't even eat anything. I immediately called customer service, and their solution was to hold my order till next week, like my food allergies will clear up by next week. I'm waiting to hear back, but I'm not hopeful. I do see that my subscription was canceled, so at least that is fixed.

I wanted to try their meals so I signed up not realizing they do not show you the meals before payment. After they charged me I saw the meals and they are not worth $9.09 each. I reached out to cancel right away. They said refunding was not allowed in their policy. I had asked multiple times. Telling them the food looks like it’s garbage and I will not use it. Remind you the food has not shipped yet. Not a full day had not gone by. I explained I did not see what I was purchasing prior to being charged and they still did not care. I wished I had know they operate like this. They stole $106 dollars from me with no remorse.

Terrible experience. Three meals were not delivered. I contacted Forkful and was told a credit would be issued and could be applied to my next order. That's horrible. This could happen again, which could place me in a cycle. They refused to add the credit to my credit card. Also, I'm almost positive that the nutrition facts are incorrect for some of the meals that I received. I've canceled my subscription, and I will never order from them again.

Hidden ingredients! Meals are NOT Paleo as described. Ingredients listed are not paleo. Meals that have paleo ingredients have HIDDEN SOY and WHEAT giving me the worst tummy ache. Shady practices. AwFul company
