If I could, I would give 0 stars. My initial paid order was for 8 meals, they only sent 6.I called 4 times and had to leave a messages each time. Finally got a call saying they would send my 2 missing meals in the next order, plus give me a discount. Neither happened. Also you have to pay extra money, in addition to your prescription, for beef dishes. Don't waste your money on Forkful.

This is a delivery issue , not food issue. Delivery was scheduled for Sunday. On Saturday I called, got straight through to a lovely agent. I asked for a tracking number and was told that I would get it the morning of delivery. Sunday mid morning I couldn't get through on the phone. I did a chat, which is not live, just leaving a message. 2 hours later I was told that delivery would be Monday, not Sunday. I had not been notified. Monday morning, check the website for a tracking number to see that it was delivered yesterday. But it wasn't. Phone is not working again this morning. Never again !

I have been trying to unsubscribe from their spam for years. They really need to get the crap together.

Package received on time however since they aren't frozen the gel packs included were not very cold. I immediately put them in the fridge thinking ok these guys should know how to ship food especially in the high temps we have been having lately. Tried the first one for lunch and by 6pm I became violently ill. I contacted customer support stating I dont trust the other meals and wont be eating them. They offered me credit towards my next purchase but after 72 hours of pouring my guts out I can 100% say I will never try any of their products ever again.

Just terrible! My profile says no shrimp but they sent shrimp. The pork shoulder was mostly a big clump of fat. The cheeseburger bowl was the worse, they left a piece of paper of the slice of American cheese and I mixed it in with the meal so I had to pick out bits of paper. It had weird masala spice that smelled like underarms and cigarettes. Not one “Keto” meal is low carb enough to keep me in ketosis plus there is no way to cancel! The app only allows you to skip weeks. I called and left a message to cancel since they don’t answer. The only other meal service I tried was Hello Fresh which was very delicious and clean but too many carbs. These meals just feel dirty. My friend used to bring me free meals at the homeless shelter he works at they were much better than this slop. It’s what I imagine prison food to be like.

Their pricing is not transparent. They said you get 50% off when you activate your membership, and until they charged my credit card there was no pricing information. Then they charged me full price. Their customer service phone number doesn’t work and no email address is available to contact them.

Do NOT order from this company. They are impossible to contact. I have filed a formal complaint against them. They're a scam.
