I’ve ordered multiple boxes and this is the best food delivery meals I have tried. My recent box came in damaged, I called complained after hours, within 39 minutes someone called me and fixed the issue. A+ customer service and good quality

Jude listened to my concerns about the inconvenience of having my meals delivered warm. He alleviated my burdens and assured me of a more prompt delivery. I have tried other services like Forkful and find the quality of Forkful unmatched.

Most of the meals we have ordered from Forkful have been delicious. My complaint is with the delivery service. I’m told the meals leave the facility on Friday and they are not delivered until the following Tuesday, or more times than not, Wednesday. They do pack the meals well with lots of ice and insulation but in these temperatures, there is NO way they can arrive in an edible state. I just tossed my 3rd order since I started ordering four months ago. Customer service is helpful but if they REALLY cared, they would change their delivery method.
