If I can give it zero stars I would. Food arrived fully warm. Clearly not packaged well enough to stand the travel. When I called To complain they wouldn’t give me a refund instead offered credit to a future box. However, I dont want a future box I want out. This is a HORRIBLE service. I’m about to just accept the loss of money and never do this again.

I received no notification that my order had shipped, I received no notification of a delivery window, I received no notification that it had been delivered. I expect more from someone working hard for my business.

I was to receive my 1st delivery on Monday 6/29. When I did not, I called customer service & explained the problem to a woman who promised to look into it & get back to me. I didn’t get a call & called again with the same negative results. Tuesday, no food, called again with the same results. I did get a text stating my food would be delivered on 7/1. I wrote to you cancelling this subscription. I then called the sales extension to speak to a different person who Guaranteed me a call back which never happened. Your customer service SUCKS & I would never recommend you 🤬

Terrible service wouldn't recommend to anyone was put on hold for over an hour had to call over 10 times and still didn't receive any help
