I placed an order with forkfulmeals for 106.89, and then opted to upgrade a meal for an additional 9.99. The first delivery was not successful because the items were damaged in transit. They said they'd try a redelivery the following day. After waiting an entire day, I called their customer service. The lady said they delivered and provided tracking. I looked and found out that they had delivered, but completely disregarded my instructions and delivered the food to the apartments LOCKED Amazon package room. There's absolutely no way for me to get the food from this room. I was assured either a credit or another attempted delivery. Neither of which have happened, I'd like a refund at this point

The food has been consistently fresh, delicious, and well-portioned, making meal planning so much easier. On top of that, the customer service has been excellent—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. Aloha, we are more than happy to submit a review to share our experience with Eat Clean. Not only is the food, healthy and delicious, but it serves our specific health needs perfectly! We have been consistent customers for about two years now getting a box of six meals every week. The one factor that keeps us coming back that’s even more important than the food itself is the incredible customer service we consistently receive from Jude at Eat Clean. Jude has gone above and beyond to understand our needs, to understand why the food is so important to us and to help arrange for our meals to be delivered to a second address in the state of Hawaii where we travel annually so we can maintain our healthy intake of food. We believe that it has to be by Jude’s example that whenever we call into or send an email to the support staff, we always receive a prompt reply and answer to our inquiries. We plan on maintaining our service with Eat Clean for years to come because of the factors mentioned above! Any good company should be graded based on how they treat their customers and we feel Jude truly cares about us and our well being. Thank you for allowing us to write this review. I was only trying to look at the menu and they placed an order for me, to an address I don’t even live at anymore. I spoke to 2 people who said they couldn’t cancel the order or refund me for meals that I didn’t even pick, but they would try to change the delivery to my current address and call with an update. But they never called me with an update and the meals didn’t show up to my current address yesterday. Now they are a day late, supposedly still in transit, and they still won’t refund me. It’s 91 degrees outside. I will not eat spoiled food. Your foreign customer service is polite, but not helpful or understanding of the situation. Not impressed. I will have to dispute the charge with my bank, which will take up even more time out of my busy schedule. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Their food taste good, they have a great variety of meals to choose from, they’re fresh never-frozen, all meals cook at the same time frame so you don’t have to read directions. The issues we had were actually receiving the orders. We tried this service for 5 weeks & only had 3 weeks actually deliver. They only let you choose meals Mon-Tue. They keep saying my account is set to “manual” with no option for me to have them charge me. I had to contact customer service every time. I told them to set my account to auto. As a family of 5, we didn’t care about choosing the meals, we just wanted to make sure the food would arrive on time. In the end we found out we actually god pinworms from their meals. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone. Save your time, money, and health.

They sent me three of the same meal. They missed four meals I paid for! Terrible company!
