Hi, Chester. Growing back/restoring your lash or eyebrow is a process that doesn't happen overnight. We are all unique. We have different starting points and different lash/brow goals. Some react more effectively to the active ingredients, and some of your hair will grow faster than others. It's perfectly normal because different skin types have different tolerance towards the formulations. Please do send us an email, and somebody from our support team would be happy to assist you. :)

Hi, Courtney. We offer our customers only products that have been intensively tested for safety and performance and are compatible with human health. However, we do understand that no matter how thoroughly a cosmetic product has been tested, incompatibility reactions such as an irritation of the scalp or even allergic reactions cannot be ruled out completely.
