Do not touch this product!! After about a week both eyes swelled up and eye lids drooped. Very itchy, stingy, thumping head and feel sick. Had to see G.P. It’s a shame I didn’t read ingredient as all the products mainly used are salt and food preservatives...Look them up... I don’t know how the hell they’re getting away with it!!! AvOID!! 1 star is just for packaging

Still haven’t received my 2 bottles of lash serum. I ordered on October 28th, and on November 2 it was shipped. Still no sign in the package here on November 26, almost a month after my order. I’ve tried contacting costumer service, but no replied. Definitely won’t recommend

I have reordered three times from Forchics. I have been using the eyebrow and eyelask serum and am thrilled with the results! It took less than 3 weeks for me to notice a difference in my lashes. They are thicker, longer and darker. It took a bit longer for me to notice a difference in my brows but a bald spot that I used to have to fill in has now disappeared! I no longer need to apply it daily, I apply it every two days or so to maintain my lashes and brows. If you want spectacular lash results get yourself an eyelash lift kit and eyelash tint. I no longer need to wear mascara and my lashes are incredible!

Forlash and Forbrow are totally a scam. Tried for several days (not in a row) and saw absolutely no results. I wanted to return since it was clearly not working, but I had missed the window for returns, so they sent me a $10 off code for their website to appease me. Nothing on their website is under $10, and I’d have to pay for shipping, so I decided not to buy anything—I’m not giving them a dime more of my money. I tried writing negative reviews on Facebook ads and I’m sure they were deleted by the company. There are only positive comments. What a scam.

Absolute waste of money. I bought this serum after seeing the highly paid social ads on insta (I should have researched before jumping the gun, good job at making yourself look somewhat legit.) I then read the reviews and freaked out and asked for a refund (cause apparently it’s a 30 day money back guarantee, lol.) So in order to get the refund you must not have opened the product whatsoever (which is hilarious because customer service kept insisting I try the product first after telling me this, sneakily trying to get me to use the serum so I couldn’t get my money back. The packaging was also extremely crushed and ripped apart on arrival, again, so they can turn around and say the item is “damaged and non-refundable.”) Now the serum is just sitting in my room untouched, the strong chemical smell once opened is enough to deter anyone from applying it near their eyes. Absolute scam, you should be extremely ashamed of yourselves as a company, low lives.

I placed an order on 19/10 initially wanting the brow gel. I was offered free delivery if I added an item to my order so I went ahead and added the charcoal powder. I received the charcoal powder on 8/11 and queried where my brow gel was. I have been told my item was delivered and there isn’t anything they can do and that I am to investigate it myself. I have never experienced such awful customer service. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what did you do? Thanks in advance.

I have been applying the lash serum as instructed for months. There has been no visible improvement. My lashes are the same as when I began the process. My friends have had striking results with Rodan and Fields, expensive product, but better then throwing money away with no results from "Forchics".
