I would give Forchics zero stars if possible. Of the three items I've ordered, only 1 has arrived and it wasn't worth even half of the money I spent on it. Another one of my items has been in a warehouse in China for well over a week and, despite the shipping information apparently being sent, it hasn't moved since. I've since bought a similar product for less money from a store near me because I have no faith that my product will ever actually arrive. The last item I ordered arrived in the country a week after I ordered it but the shipping company Forchics has partnered with is impossible to get a hold of and, once I finally did get in touch with them, told me that my package is lost. This company is an absolute con and I wouldn't buy anything from them again, even if my life depended on it.

Total scam..ordered for lashes 2 pens and mask for under eyes. The under eyes mask did not arrive and the pens..its just stinging liquid..not able to put on the roots of your eyelashes only as the description says. its just a pencil with liquid and the liquid is this: Purigied water, Sodium Chloride (salt), benzalkonium Chloride, Citric Acid, Disodium Phosphate and Cellulose Gum. Stupid me..why did I buy something without knowing the ingredients ..and just Sodium Phosphate, especially Trisodium Phosphate (TSP) is an effective cleaning agent and is used in a variety of applications. It can be found as an additive in food, in household cleaners and detergents. Sodium Phosphate and Disodium Phosphate may be used in some laxatives, especially those used to cleanse the bowel before diagnostic procedures such as colonoscopies. Although historically benzalkonium chloride has been ubiquitous as a preservative in ophthalmic preparations, its ocular toxicity and irritant properties,[12] in conjunction with consumer demand, have led pharmaceutical companies to increase production of preservative-free preparations, or to replace benzalkonium chloride with preservatives which are less harmful. Many mass-marketed inhaler and nasal spray formulations contain benzalkonium chloride as a preservative, despite substantial evidence that it can adversely affect ciliary motion, mucociliary transport, nasal mucosal histology, human neutrophil function, and leukocyte response to local inflammation.[13] Although some studies have found no correlation between use of benzalkonium chloride in concentrations at or below 0.1% in nasal sprays and drug-induced rhinitis,[14] others have recommended that benzalkonium chloride in nasal sprays be avoided.[15][16] In the United States, nasal steroid preparations that are free of benzalkonium chloride include budesonide, triamcinolone acetonide, dexamethasone, and Beconase and Vancenase aerosol inhalers.[13] Please don't buy....and I want my money back. Very bad experience its a scam to steal your money. I ordered 20 days ago but still didn’t receive anything i sent lot of emails but they are not answering. 👎 very poor service......scam scam......be aware

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY" not only do they steal your money, they will also lie to your god dam face. When you click on ther "website" it states that they are based in California, which is total horse s**t because when i went to check my trackings on my order, i found out that it was dispatched from CHINA. Honestly can't believed i wasted my $49.91 AUD on some bull****

The review goes to both customer service and the product itself. I ordered the product August 28 and it arrived on September 10. I had to email them to see what was wrong because I buy stuff online all the time and doesn't take that long more so if the shipping label was created and days went by before it actually got to usps for shipping. So it arrived, I opened the product excited two bottles of the forbrow but the tubes were nearly empty and dry. Emailed them and still no resolution. They're awful just go with another company.

This stuff is super cheap to buy on eBay (about $3), so always do your research on Facebook ads! The serum comes from China and for $3 you know it's not going to be "high quality" as they claim. Newly created page on Fb, has literally no negative feedback or Fb comments anywhere to be seen, meaning no honest reviews! Must be deleted comments. They advertise 93,000 buyers worldwide, yet on their website it only has 178 reviews, all positive. That is complete bull. I just tried to leave a negative review on their website and it says the admin has to review my comment first. This product is unsafe for your eyes, as you can see from the other honest reviews. Don't risk going blind! RE the reply: then how do you explain how so many people are complaining of burning and redness of the eyes? And ignored emails? Which other reputable lash serum brand causes the same reaction and lies and keeps selling the same dangerous stuff? You say you don't test on animals, but you're testing on the humans who buy your product. You should be sued for misconduct.
