Initially I LOVED this product even though delivery timing was very bad which I attributed to Covid. However, I do not expect that I should have to follow up on my product every time I reorder. The last order I received from Forchics finally showed up after 1 month and I had no idea that the formula had changed but in reading the latest reviews it would appear that it had. The liquid has a strong herbal smell and the amount in the tube is definitely less...made me think that the batch was old. More recently (March) I placed an order for 2 Ultimate Kits (travel bags with 3 products in each). On April 6 and 7, I received emails notifying me that my order had shipped. When I contacted Forchics for the tracking number they apologized for the DELAY "due to irregularities in manufacturing, not to mention the huge demand for the products that we had not predicted nor expected". Needless to say, this excuse is UNACCEPTABLE IN BUSINESS! Forchics is very good at product marketing but beyond poor on product delivery!! They have extended a 20% discount on my NEXT order. But why would I put myself through this hassel when to add insult to injury on April 15 my order was delivered...the shipment consisted of 2 cheap plastic "travel" pouches WITHOUT any product!!! At this point I am contemplating demanding refund of my $138.

I have the same story as many on here. I subscribed to receive product every 3 months and never got a confirmation of shipping though I emailed the company many times and sent messages through the website. They reaudly charged my account 63.75 and sent an EMPTY pouch. I have still not seen any product. I tried to update the shipping dates, but they would charge me another 63.75 on the next ship date. The product works, but good serums are so easily found with other companies. Steer clear away from For Chics. They take your money and have no customer service at all. I will not be ordering from them again.

The first time I used ForChics lash serum was about a year ago. I was absolutely amazed. My lashes thickened up beyond normal after experiencing some lash loss during pregnancy/breastfeeding. The length was insane; people were asking if I had extensions! I proudly boasted about ForChics and recommended them to ALL of my makeup clients; I even posted a story on my Instagram. I have not re-ordered since then due to moving. About mid February I jumped back into my lash game and this time subscribed to the lash/brow kit. I'd seen in-person evidence of what the brow serum could do and wanted it for myself. However, almost THREE weeks after I'd placed my order, it still had not arrived, but had been sitting at a carrier facility for a week. I contacted customer service TWICE and did not receive an answer until TWO WEEKS after my order had finally arrived. My reply came from a gal named Charm who said my email was filtered into their spam folder. First, spam usually self deletes after that amount of time, and second, that seems to be the common reply they leave with customers in general, always from Charm. Is Charm the only employee? That kind of customer service is simply unacceptable. The company boasts of "quality" customer service. In my opinion, there is no customer service at all. I've been using the serums for almost 4 weeks, to the day. Previously, I saw results in two weeks. Everyone saw my results. This was the same for my daughter who also uses the lash serum. She is getting the same growth result as before; I am not. We also noticed that mine has a strong bell pepper type smell; her does not have a smell at all. I have nothing to show for my use of this product. So this begs the question: Why change the formula, as the company has proudly posted, if the old formula was doing the job? As I read reviews on the company website and other places I see the exact same question. ForChics, why did you change the formula? Please answer this question for customers instead of gas lighting us as everyone can see in the replies. It even feels different on my skin. I'm highly disappointed and unless something sprouts overnight, I'll probably cancel my subscription and find another product. Also, any makeup artist can tell that *some (not all) of the after photos on the site's reviews are either makeup or microblading. If the new formula works, why post those photos/reviews? Just a note: had I been given the option to leave a review the first time I used the product, before the formula was changed to something that doesn't work, it would have been 5 out of 5 stars. As of today, ForChics has more than likely lost my business. Something else to note about the negative reviews: the majority are from repeat customers who KNOW that the previous formula worked and experienced positive results. This speaks VOLUMES to the new formula and the replies from the company full of nonsensical excuses.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I placed an order with them on March 13, 2022. It is now March 31st. I have received 2 separate emails claiming my order has shipped, using 2 separate delivery services and 2 separate tracking numbers. The 1st claimed USPS was awaiting the package. It never came. I tried messaging. Customer service ignored me. I posted on their Facebook page. Their social media people responded in private chat and said they would get in touch with their customer service. Customer service finally emailed me to claim that my order was still processing (you know, the one that supposedly shipped already). Then several days later ( more than a week and a half since I ordered and it claimed to have shipped), I get another email saying my order shipped, only now it is with DHL with a new tracking number. It has now been 3 more days, and I have no package, the tracking number claims DHL's ecommerce facility is awaiting the package, and I have no delivery date and no product. I have emailed several more times, only to be completely ignored by both their social media people and their customer service. They either have the worst customer service ever, or I have been ripped off and $75 stolen from me. I would give less than 1 star if I could.

What happened? This product was so good and my saviour. I used to get both my brows back and long lashes. The new formula made me loose my brows and it is different from the old one, it’s like the bottle is less full of liquid and has a different smell. The original product was supereffective. I’m so dissapointed and am getting used to a browless face 😔

I ordered the Lash Lift Kit and eye lash serum/ mascara bundle and there are so many issues. Starting with the eye lash serum, I don't know when they changed their formula, but it doesn't work. I still had my old bottle and you can tell they strated cutting costs greatly just by looking at it. The tube is smaller and it is made of a cheap plastic vs the thicker, sturdy tubing of the original. The brush was frayed at the end, almost looks used and the formula is awful. Like I said: doesn't work.... I also don't seem to be the only person noticing the problem with the new formula. The reviews are flooded with this issue... The lift kit is laughable... it barely works and half of the items the instructions say are needed to even use the product are not provided in the box. How can they sell a kit and not provide products required, per instructions, for the customer to use it? Ridicilous. This company was amazing when they first launched, now they've started cutting corners and cheapened their products to increase profit. It really does feel like a scam and getting a hold of any customer service is impossible. Skip the headache and heed the warnings about this product.

I placed a Lash Bundle kit in February 2022 and after a long wait, my order arrived but the mascara was missing. I tried very hard to reach customer service in their different platforms but without success. I feel ry disappointed and scammed for something I have paid. They have the most horrible customer service and not taking responsibility and the time just to simply get back to me! I feel they just took my money and disappeared 😕

I've used it for a couple of months and not seen any results. I'm very disappointed in this product.
