I was so happy with this product until they recently changed their serum. I had used about 6 bottles with great, reliable results. Most recently my new bottle smelled different. After a couple weeks of use, those results I normally go were NOT there. Come to find out the formula has changed. Super disappointed! I'm no longer a customer and hoping to get a refund for the stinky, useless bottle I just got. I do not recommend, anymore. EDIT: Gee FORCHICS, thanks for your reply. I've contacted you 3x. Initially I got a canned response that didn't apply to my situation. Now crickets. I'd like a refund.

I don’t leave reviews unless it actually does what the product’s purpose is. I’ve used around 2-3 bottle of eyebrow serum, I’m so happy with the results. It’s a shame I didn’t do before and after pictures because the difference is massive. Please trust the timing!!! I’ve never felt so confident on going out bare brows as well as I don’t fill in my eyebrows as lot as I used to. Super happy I discovered ForChics honestly🙌🏼💕

Edit: You responded and said the issue had been resolved and asked how you could change my rating to a 5-star! My replacement item still hasn’t shipped!!! I did receive a message that it was going to but it has yet to leave. Soooo, I would say the first step to changing my rating, would actually be to resolve the issue. I would expected my order to be expedited. 3 weeks is anything but expedited. After, using the Better Than Falsies Mascara several times… and enjoying the product, I had an issue with my most recent order. It came broken out of the box (the part that screws into the bottle was broken). I understand things happen so I contacted the company to let them know. After not hearing back, I emailed three additional times WITH NO REPLY. I went to the website and submitted a request that way (as there is no phone number to call). They have chosen not to contact me despite my many attempts. VERY disappointed.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR EYEBROWS!! Since there is no way that I have been able to find to write a customer review on their website (suspicious that their website shows reviews but has no option for new customers to write reviews there) I am writing one here. I purchased the eyebrow serum, eyebrow pencil, and mascara based solely on the reviews on their site and the results their product claimed to have from all the before/after pics on their website and instagram page. But after using the eyebrow serum for just a short handful of days my eyebrows are now noticeably thinner! And I didn't have much in the eyebrow department to begin with! And now they're way thinner than they were before I started using the product just days ago. After I noticed this, I had to really dig to find other negative reviews and it seems they have changed their product recipe and I'm guessing they only show reviews on their website from past customers as there seems to be no way for new customers to leave reviews on their site. Misleading and messed up! I didn't bother to try the eyebrow pencil or mascara because I don't want more hairs to fall out!

THEY SCAMMED ME!!😡 My product never came. I spent all the money my mom gave on my birthday on sum fricking eyebrow serum that probably don’t even work!😡😡 I really wanted this product to grow out my eyebrows because I’ve been bullied with not having no eyebrows. Also they’re custom service is so bad

I tried forchics for the first time a few weeks ago. I used the brow serum on my over-plucked eyebrows. They were super-thin. I was planning to attend my 51st high school reunion and noticed my full brows from my senior photo. I started using the products once a day, and then twice a day, and photographing progress each week. Now a little over two months later, I have my brows back! I did need to dye them to cover the gray. In three days I go to the reunion looking at least somewhat like the girl I once was. I was hoping to post pictures here, but there is not a way to do that.

the lash serum doesn't work and the mascara is crap. It never made my lashes look longer and it doesn't come off - even with waterproof mascara remover!

My last order was almost a year ago. I bought 2 bundle kits. Been using everyday-NO RESULT!!! And after a month every tub smells like vinegar. So scary to use. I have been using the Grandelash before and had beautiful lashes in 2 months. Decide to try something cheaper. Big mistake! Fochics product is cheaper and really doesn't give a promising result.
