I placed three orders in total, no issues with the first two orders (I was really happy with the results actually). But for the third order, I got both the brow and the eyelash serum. And when I opened the eyelash serum, there was this piece of grey jelly gunk stuck on the brush, accompanied by this AWFUL chemical smell. I emailed customer service about this three weeks ago, and I still haven't received a reply. Needless to say, I will not be buying for this company again. And I want to warn everyone because the chemical smell was just absolutely awful and I can't believe we were supposed to put something like that so close to our eyes. Edit: in company’s reply below, they asked to provide the order number. How? Customer service still has not replied to my email yet.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. i received my eyebrow serum and when i opened it, it had a TERRIBLE smell. i have used the product for over a year so i know when its spoiled. last time it smelled like this was after only about a month of use (still more then half full) and i asked them to replace it and they said it was over the 30 days so they would not and gave me a 10 gift card instead. that pissed me off but i decided to use the discount and try it once more. As i said, this time it was immediately spoiled. I emailed them the day i received it asking for a replacement. Anton at customer service emailed me back and went on about how they take product quality seriously and said they would express ship me a replacement and asked me to send a photo. I sent the photo the next day and ive heard nothing since and have not received my replacement that was suppose to be express shipped. its been OVER A WEEK. ive emailed two more times with NO RESPONSE. Im PISSED. also the old formula worked so much better. i am not even sure if the new formula works. in any event, I WANT MY REPLACEMENT order #637395 i live in los angeles so i am about to show up at your address and get what i paid for

I sent photos using the claim guarantee link and the message just says I already submitted even though I was told to reach out this way. I’ve tried to reach out several times trying to get a refund. I bought two bottles of the eyebrow serum and an eyelash serum. The products HAVENT WORKED AS ADVERTISED! I have made this very clear. I want a refund. I received a response from “Anton” offering me a stupid gift card. Why on earth would I buy more product when I’ve clearly had no results with it. So much for their claims guarantee. They are ignoring me now that I’ve pressed for a refund again FOR all items Not sure why it’s so hard to follow your own policy.

Eyelashes Serum, "Old Formula" was working great. But new formula is not working at all and i sent e-mail to customer service but i didn't hear anything from them. New formula irritated my eyelids. Eyebrows serum doesn't work at all.

It has only been 2 days that I started using the eyebrow serum and I was about to apply it a 3rd time when i noticed my eyebrows actually looked thinner! The end of my brow is actually startin to look empty (balb), as if it cause me to lose them rather than grow more. I am really disappointed and now I have to try and fill or draw them so I don't feel embarrassed not having complete eyebrows.

The eyebrow serum is absolute rubbish. I’ve used it according to the directions for weeks so now, and it’s made no difference at all. Complete waste of money.

The purchase this year was a complete disappointment for my wife. Originally it worked the very first time last year. The purchase this year is a complete waste. Does not work. Eye lashes fell out. Waste of money. Avoid

I bought the mascara on a recommendation of one of my friends. She said it stays on all day even though it is not waterproof. I was excited to try it and I did. the day I received it I used it and later that night you could see little flakes underneath my eyes. so I just thought I was tired. I used it the next day in the morning. About 10 minutes later I looked in the mirror after putting it on and it didn’t even dry. I was blinking the whole time when I looked in the mirror I had mascara all on my cheeks and under my eyes. I have tried to contact the company three different times with no response. I’ve been trying mascara for months now different kinds of waterproof ones and lasting ones that don’t smudge. This is not one of them. Very disappointing nobody has contacted me at all. Will not recommend this product to anyone
