FanaticsReviews of footballfanatics.com

Wow, what can I say. I've used this company loads of times and have never had a problem with them. I always order my gear from them and get great prices and quick delivery to the UK. The items are always of good quality and are well packaged. I ordered the wrong item once and found customer services very helpful, they dealt with my problem promptly. I will continue to use Football Fanatics. I would definitely recommend this company. 100% Amazing.

I purchased a cap and t-shirt as a birthday gift and not only did they arrive a day late, BOTH items appeared to be WORN. The cap came without the usual cardboard insert inside and looked faded. The shirt had two stains AND the price was ripped off the label. To top it all off, the items appeared to have been thrown into the box; didn't even bother to fold the shirt. This will be the LAST time shopping with them.

3 times they messed my order. Sent me the wrong item and a week late each time. I'm sorry but throwing $10 in store credit as an apology and "waving" the return shipping fee (on an already free shipping label) does not make up for disorganized and misleading sales. Completely unsatisfied and won't be shopping here ever again.

I've ordered vintage hockey full zip hoodie before two weeks and it was sent by landmark global company to my country very fast (by 3-4 days). So it basically took only one and a half week to be processed on custom duty and their taxes didn't even cost much! I'm very satisfied with my order, i've god exactly same item as shown on the picture and it has great quality. I will shop with this company again!!! 5 STARS

I purchased two items for my husband for Christmas - a coffee mug and an ornament. I got the mug, but the ornament wasn't in the box, although the order and the customer service rep I emailed said that it shipped. I complained twice more, asking for a refund for the item, as Christmas would pass before I received the ornament, but never heard back, and never got the item or received a refund. To make matters worse, the decal peeled off the mug within weeks of using it. Very disappointed with the terrible service and quality of the products and WILL NEVER use again!

I have shopped with this company before and not had a problem until this year. For Christmas I received a gift purchased from this site, but it was the wrong size. I sent the order back with the return form and marked that 1. I had received this item as a gift 2. that I wanted to exchange it for the correct size 3. I included all of my contact information. I never received an exchange on the item. When I called I was given the explanation that they do not do exchanges, and the item was processed as a return. I do not understand why they bother to have an exchange section on their return form at all if it is not even used. Secondly, per their own return policy the return of gifts should equate to receiving a store credit. Although I had clearly marked gift and provided my contact information I did not receive an email, phone call, or letter. I doubt anyone will care enough to resolve this issue, but you should know of the serious flaws within this company. Due to the unnecessary frustration and poor customer service, they have officially lost me as a customer.

je n'ai pas a me plaindre j'ai reçu ma commande en moins de 10 jours tout très bien emballé pas de soucis de douane ou autres,je recomanderai sans hesiter.
