I placed my order 10 October, here it is 22 October and I still hadnt gotten my order, so I call and they proceed to tell me that they have no record of my order, YET! I have been charged for my order?!? Beyond angry at this point!

In summary of calling upset about a less refund amount than I paid, my misunderstanding was turned around to satisfaction. I don't totally agree with the fine print(charges/codes) of the return policy, but there are rules and regulations to all we do in life...I appreciate the courteous explanation and time the representative gave. She was great and gave this company a wonderful outlook. Thank you, Ryneisha;)

I ordered an XL hooded sweatshirt thinking that it would likely shrink in the wash. The package arrived a few days after the 3 day shipping period and hence I couldn't wear it to my college game. :( But the biggest thing that pisses me off, is my XL hoodie is smaller the a kids large. How am I supposed to fit into this thing. Maybe they should stop having their clothing made in foreign places? My sleeves barely past my elbows and I'm skinny!

So I ordered a medium sized Barcelona jersey from this website despite the horrible reviews I've read about them. But the price of the jersey was astonishingly low so I proceeded with the purchase. About a week and a half later the package arrives and what do I get? A small sized Barcelona soccer shorts. The first thing that clicked in my head after receiving the wrong item was never buy anything from a poorly managed company no matter how cheap the product may be. Secondly, I contacted the customer service department so I could get an exchange, but apparently they never had the Barcelona jersey in stock. So instead of notifying me that they did not have the item in stock they sent me the wrong item which would further complicate everything. This company is disgraceful and they should either step up their management or deal with the inevitable consequences.

I ordered a jersey over a week ago. It states on the site shipments take one day to process and that is complete crap!!! It took several days and going through several people to get my shipment processed and now my jersey isn't coming til days after the game I wanted it for. And when talking to customer service they couldn't give me a straight answer. Never ordering again..I don't care if I have to pay more at least I will get the jersey on time with another company.

This is a great company. I don't understand all the bad reviews.I ordered my item and then boom it's a day late but they give you $10 in fancash which is great.(package was delayed but only for one day)One thing I will say is the shipping isn't actually 3 days, you pay for shipping and it will ship in no later than 2 weeks. But if your a fan member you get free shipping.Dont listen to the bad reviews believe me I've bought my first item and you bet your bottom dollar I'm gonna buy more.

I've used Fanatics a few times. They used to process and ship within about a week, which I loved. Now it takes forever, and for no explainable reason! My Christmas order last year took 1 month. All of the Christmas gifts I ordered through Fanatics became New Year's gifts. I made the mistake of ordering again, this time not in a busy season, and I'm getting the runaround again. They processed my payment right away, then my order was listed as "processing", but then it reverted back to "new", which means there's a delay (which of course no one can explain). I'm so disappointed. Shame on me for thinking they'd figured out how to process an order in a timely fashion. Boo!

Terrible customer service. My first experience with Fanatics was beyond frustrating. Ordered a jersey that was too small. Filled out exchange for provided by Fanatics asking for a bigger size. After almost 2 weeks without receiving my order I decided to call their customer service. The person on the phone was totally unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. So happen that Fanatics does not replace items. So all this time waiting for my jersey for nothing. No email advising they received my order, no communication at all. If I hadn't called, I would've been waiting for my replaced item. FANACTICS REVIEWS I WILL NEVER BUY FROM FANACTICS AGAIN.
