FanaticsReviews of footballfanatics.com

Habe jetzt 4 mal bestellt.

A good site, and reasonable pricing for international shipping.

I ordered a Super Bowl edition jersey THE DAY OF the NFC Championship game, and a different T shirt in a separate order two days later. It said it would ship no later than Jan. 27th, which both did, on the 27th (a week and a half after order date). I ordered the 3-7 day shipping because last year we went through the same process, and received our items way before the Super Bowl. The jersey and shirt were originally estimated to be here on the 31st, and now the jersey wont be here until AFTER the Super Bowl, and the shirt will be delivered today. Both items shipped from the same facility on the same day. This company blows, and I will not be doing business with them again.

Absolutely DO NOT order from this company. I ordered 5 Oakland Athletics Baseball Ornaments December 2nd so “Santa” could have them in our Christmas Stockings. The shipment arrived with 4 of the 5 ornaments although al were listed on the packing slip. I filed a “missing item” request on their website, and was told the replacement would be sent. The item that arrived was a University of Alabama Crimson Tide Football Ornament however the packing slip again had the Oakland A’s Ornament listed! I went online again and filed a “wrong item request” and spoke to someone in customer service and was told the correct item would be on its way. 3rd time’s a charm, right? No! This time I get a Clemson University Football ornament. Fed up, I ask for a refund. I have to go ship back the 2 wrong ornaments, they confirm receipt and say they are processing the refund. Then I get an email that a refund has been processed in the amount of $0.00. I decided tojust do a dispute with my credit card and they thankfully took care of it but the process has been ridiculous – never again – BEWARE!

Mistake- don't do it. Ordered 3 jerseys as gifts on the 9th. The order shows on their system as the 10th. The amount charged to my card was $6 more than the order amount. When questioned, they said it was due to the conversion rate for money- ha!! That's not my problem. After multiple emails telling me that's a good charge from the bank, they tell me that they're going to refund me the $6. Time will tell. MEANWHILE, 10 days later they finally give me a tracking number (after multiple requests) and when I look on the USPS site, it says that they are preparing to pick the item up today- 10 days later. OMGosh. Now, I have another "5-7 business" days and there's no way that this will make it in time for Christmas...when it was ordered 12/9. They lie, they steal. Don't risk it. Wish I hadn't.

There are a lot of negative reviews about this company, mine is all positive!! Ordered an NFL sweatshirt / t shirt combo on line a couple of weeks ago, for my son for Christmas. The tracking system was regularly updated, package arrived today in UK, a day earlier than predicted. Thank you

I ordered 4 items from Fanatics. I ordered enough to have a discount applied, I wouldn't have ordered if it wasn't for the discount. Well, only one of the items came. I called to ask about the other 3 items and 2 of them were out of stock. I said I still wanted the 1 item and a refund for the other 2. Well instead, they tried to refund me for all 3 items and short me $2.50 because of the discount. So in essence, I was to lose $2.50 because I ordered from them, they forgot part of my order and sold out of the item before they realized they didn't send me one. I refused and they refunded me in full and gave me a credit to the website. Though I have yet to use the credit because it is on an account they made for me and I cannot log in. This place is a mess and I would NEVER order from them again, except maybe to use my credit. Clearly from the other reviews they do not process their orders correctly. They have no problems charging credit cards yet cannot send out what they received payment for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Placed an order last Friday that has not shipped a week later. If only their product delivery and fulfillment was as polished as the customer service. Poor girls/guys get the brunt of a terrible customer experience. Wish the $50 gift card was at a more reputable store.
