FlyNumberReviews of flynumber.com

I signed up for flynumber paid and thought it was working turned out it wasn’t. Nobody can reach me. I complained and after a week someone got back to me. They were very assisting but after a couple of months people are emailing saying they tried calling and it appears it’s not working… again! Unrealiable system to say the least. Not sure how this qualifies as a phone solution! Don’t waste your time or money here! After endless emails with their small team trying to get the number working. Turns out they have a new system they asked me to sign up for but I refused until I received a refund on all the other months of no service. They said they couldn’t so why would anyone want to continue paying for something that doesn’t work? BEWARE -THIS IS A SCAM SERVICE WITH NO PHONE FORWARDING NOR NUMBER THAT WORKS!! YOUR MONEY WILL BE TAKEN FOR NO PHONE SERVICE!

I will keep working with this company for a loooong time. Good technical support easy to use price is logicall quality of calls is super. I suggest it to everybody.

I just started using FlyNumber less than a week ago, and I can already say I plan on sticking with them for as long as I can. Their service was incredibly easy to set up, outbound calls are cheap, and inbound calls are FREE. I run a VoIP PBX as a hobby because I enjoy messing around with VoIP phones, and I was simply looking for an affordable DID number to make and receive calls. I previously used VoIP.ms, but their $15 minimum was a little much for what I needed. FlyNumber, on the other hand, lets me get started with as little as $1. So far, I’m extremely happy with the service. Thank you, FlyNumber!

Great support and customer service. Very Helpful. While the interface looks dated, the service works fine.

I just recently got a phone number for my business and I was able to set up everything very easily. I did have some unique issues which were solved quickly by Nader from support. Overall great experience so far, everything seems to work, making calls, im set up with SMS and not very expensive either. Hope they add more landline/mobile options in the future though.

Same as others reporting this issue - We placed an order for a Singapore phone number on June 29, 2026. The number was assigned in a day, but the status has remained "Pending" for 7 days with no activation. We emailed the missing documents but no response. We submitted 3 support tickets, made phone calls, left voicemail, not a single response. The forum blocks new users from posting. Their website states "Most orders are processed within minutes during business hours." This is simply false. Payment was charged immediately, and the expiration date is already counting down from the order date, not from activation. We are paying for a service we cannot use. This is completely unacceptable for a business service.

UPDATE 27.08.2026: rating changed from 1 to 3 stars. The number was eventually activated and works fine. Support later said the activation delay was on the local carrier's side, but we only heard that after weeks of chasing them. The platform has since improved a lot. The new call-flow builder is genuinely good: you assemble the logic by dragging blocks, text-to-speech with voice selection is right there, and I had an auto-answer flow forwarding to email running in a few minutes. Three stars because the product is good but onboarding and communication are not. Ticket replies are still slow, and nobody tells you when something is delayed. ORIGINAL (First review) Three stars: the service works, the platform is genuinely good, onboarding and support are the weak points. We placed an order for a Dominica phone number on June 29, 2026. Status remains "Pending" with no changes. Multiple support tickets submitted, still no response. This delay is causing direct and ongoing harm to our business operations. This appears to be a systemic issue affecting multiple customers simultaneously, as confirmed by other reviews on this platform with identical experiences. If this is not resolved in the nearest time, we will have no choice but to request a full refund and move to another provider.

I made a payment to fund my account it has been a week and my account has not been funded but the money has been deducted from my account can anyone let me know if they have experienced the same? UPDATE: The issue has been resolved my account has been funded
