Easy to purchase a number and easy to work with. Only a bit difficult to setup with an iPhone app such as zoiper. Could use a general setup guide for the number register

Thank you for the feedback Max - working on better solutions for SIP / Zoiper setup.

I had some trouble at first it took quite some time under review status, but thanks to their support i thankfully got it running and i made calls just fine. I’ll certainly update it to 5 stars if the experience keeps the same as im using it. Thanks Nader 👌

Same experience as many others .. I ordered a toll-free number one week ago. They immediately charged my card for the number plus some credit i intended to put on. Until now my number is not active, until now my credit is not on my account. I texted the support 6 days ago, then again two days ago .. they are ghosting me. So I have to do what helped everyone else apparently (as pathetic as that is for a company) and leave a 1-star review until fixed .. EDIT: Issue was fixed and setup fee was waived as compensation for the waiting time, which I appreciate. I will leave this at four stars in order to not get your ratings down and hurt your business, but please guys work on your customer support.

I understand the frustration experienced during initial setup. I got a FlyNumber for Madrid Spain and I know that their requirements create a slower response. But now that we have our FlyNumber we are very pleased with the service. Customer service while slow was excellent. Customer service went beyond expectations. From past experiences with virtual numbers this is a great value for the services received. My father in law is 96 and only uses a landline phone, as a smartphone while available confuses him. Now he calls almost every day.

Initially I found the wesite very difficult to deal with. But Nader has been very helpful and it looks like we are all set up now.

Edit: problem solved and service, once tried, is very satisfying. Only 4 stars because of the time it took to get the job done. Everything else is thumbs up 👌🏻
