We tried to order a number from Flynumber.com. Our location verification was rejected dozens of times. We had to place the order twice, which meant paying the full rental fee in advance on both occasions. Even though both orders were cancelled—more than a month ago—we have yet to receive a refund on our credit card for the services that were never provided. Since the beginning of this week, customer support has been ignoring our email inquiries. You will only end up wasting your time, your patience, and your money. Stay far away from this service; there are many better VoIP providers out there. It’s a real shame, honestly.

Using 2 FlyNumber lines for US few years. No any problem at all. All works as it should work. Switched to new panel. Read docs and make a setup according documentation and good to go! Hope soon SMS API will be available. It looks like a next step for new panel. Thanks!

We purchased a South African business number through FlyNumber for our sales team. What should have been a straightforward process of setting up a number to make and receive calls has turned into an incredibly frustrating experience. The phone system is unnecessarily complicated. Basic functionality requires navigating app configurations, contact methods, internal extensions, call flows, ring groups and routing settings. None of this is particularly intuitive. After spending considerable time configuring the system, outbound calls worked, but inbound calls repeatedly failed with a "Temporary failure" error. The call logs showed 21 missed calls, including repeated failures from multiple South African numbers. Despite this, FlyNumber's automated support repeatedly told me the problem was temporary and would usually resolve itself. I had to insist on escalation to a human technical engineer. I was then told the team typically responds within a day. At the time of writing, I still haven't received a substantive response or resolution. We're running a business. Every missed call could represent a lost customer. Reliability isn't an optional feature of a business telephone service. It's the entire reason we're paying for it. I shouldn't need to understand telecommunications infrastructure just to get a salesperson's phone ringing. The product needs a significant improvement in usability, and the support experience needs to focus on resolving problems rather than repeatedly explaining them. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend FlyNumber for businesses that depend on reliable inbound calling.

Easy to purchase a number and easy to work with. Only a bit difficult to setup with an iPhone app such as zoiper. Could use a general setup guide for the number register

Following up with my review dated on July 19th describing a terrible situation of no reply to my tickets for 1 month, I have to say that after the review done here in trustpilot , I got an immediate answer; It explained that they had problems during their platform migration, reason why they did not answer my multiple tickets... The issue has been finally fully resolved after creation of a new account in the new platform and certain discussion to keep my original Flynumber number as known form 14 years but different people. I recovered fully the feature 3 weeks later thanks to the consistent support from Nader.

I had some trouble at first it took quite some time under review status, but thanks to their support i thankfully got it running and i made calls just fine. I’ll certainly update it to 5 stars if the experience keeps the same as im using it. Thanks Nader 👌
