Ended up doing a chargeback due to lack of service/communication
Ordered a Czech number on 2/15 for a one-month term, supplied the necessary information on 2/16, and was told that my number would be issued the same day.
However, over two weeks later, the number is still "pending" with no explanation. I tried emailing support (on 2/18), creating a help ticket (on 2/23), and emailing billing (on 2/25) to ask for a refund, but never received a reply (today is 3/2, so a week since the ticket was opened and 1.5 weeks since my first email).
Due to the lack of communication, I had to do a chargeback with my CC company to get a refund.
Update 3/3: I have changed my review from 1 to 2 stars. The company saw this review and got back to me the same day. They apologized for not responding to me at all and offered a full refund. They said my number was stuck in "pending" because it required additional verification, but because of an internal system error, I was never notified.
I truly appreciate the prompt response to my complaint, but that doesn't change the fact that I was required to leave a negative review to get a response from customer service. It feels like the company spends more time monitoring review sites than it does their own ticket queues. I do believe they are reputable, but they seem to need more staff to help out with issues.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the lackluster experience here. The number was assigned the same day; however, the order was flagged. The update requesting more information apparently never reached you, and that’s on us. We are working diligently to make sure this type of thing doesn’t happen again and are standing by if you need anything.

my complaint, Flynumber apologized and issued a refund and account close by Flynumber.
Update (2) - 10/09/2025 :
My account was closed without prior notice, and I only received an email after the closure, with no explanation. This alone reflects a concerning level of professionalism.
I had already closed my previous FlyNumber account in early 2025, and I had not used or shared that number at any point.
On September 30, 2025, I subscribed to a new FlyNumber. Yet, multiple call logs appeared on my account before that date, specifically between August 7 and August 19, 2025.
These calls cannot be linked to my previous number. It is clear that the newly assigned number had been previously used by someone else, and was not properly reset before being reassigned.
FlyNumber acknowledged in one of their emails that this was a technical issue.
Additionally, I was refunded $12.95 USD without any explanation, even though the service I subscribed to cost $2.95 USD. This unexplained refund confirms that an anomaly was identified, even if not publicly admitted.
The attempt to discredit the review by claiming it was generated by AI is not only unfounded, but also distracts from the actual facts.
I simply expect FlyNumber to demonstrate genuine honesty and transparency, not just when it suits them.UPDATE (1) 10/09/2025
Following my initial negative review, Flynumber reached out to me directly to address the issues I had encountered. They offered an apology and invited me to collaborate in resolving the technical problems I had reported, both in my review and through a support ticket submitted via my Flynumber account.
They refunded $2.95 and were cooperative throughout the process, although multiple email exchanges were needed to clarify and resolve the following points:
• A call log of over five pages appeared on my account just one day after subscribing. This was identified as a technical bug (according Flynumber), Theyassured me that my account and data were secure.
• My initial support ticket submitted through the website received no response. While no explanation was provided, the team asked me to submit a new ticket to help investigate the issue.
• The invoice issue was resolved in part: I was able to obtain the document, but it still does not appear in the “Invoices” section of my account
How could I possibly recommend this service in light of repeated inconsistencies, lack of clarity, and a tendency to shift technical failures onto the customer?
I appreciate Flynumber’s efforts to reestablish communication and provide solutions, and I hope the remaining technical issues will be addressed sustainably.Hello, I'm totally agree with some customers reviews. Be extremely vigilent. "Initially, when I subscribed to FlyNumber's basic service, I didn't have any issues. However, on September 29, 2025, I renewed my service thinking I would upgrade. My phone number was activated quickly, but when I checked my account, I already had over 5 pages of phone call history in the "Call History" menu, with calls dating back to August 7, 2025, to August 20, 2025. This is impossible since I didn't have the service activated during that time.
I've opened a complaint ticket via the FlyMember website, but to date, I couldn't find the ticket, and I don't have an invoice on my account. The link sent to me via email to view the invoice doesn't work. FlyNumber is holding my prepaid balance hostage, and there's no way to contact them via email to provide them with a copy of the mysterious call logs. I'm afraid to use this number. This situation raises many doubts about the company's seriousness and professionalism. Their general terms state that FlyNumber doesn't refund prepaid credits. Therefore, I will open a dispute with my bank, which is efficient in resolving such disputes."
It seems like you're having a really tough time with FlyNumber. Based on reviews from other users, it appears that FlyNumber has had issues with customer support and billing in the past. Some users have reported difficulty in getting help from the support team, and others have experienced unexpected charges ¹. Be aware !

We're very sorry Phil had issues, however there seems to be some sort of communication gap. We have replied to all emails (no tickets were opened).
The review was also generated using AI, as evidenced by the following: “and others have experienced unexpected charges ¹” — the ¹ indicating the AI model is providing a source (ironically not correct either way).
The call logs the user is referencing are actually from his old FlyNumber, which had expired.
We're sorry they had a poor experience and wish him the best.
