Delivery after more than 1 year. Faulty parts: Bike computer defaults to "ERROR" Missing parts: Charger cable doesn't fit bike. Misaligned parts: Handle bar mount and other parts aren't aligned properly, looks really ugly. Non-fitting parts: Accessories like the bell have a diameter that doesn't fit the handle bar. Bad fit and finish: poor paint job. Understanding this is a kickstarter campaign, this is probably my own fault. Never ever again though.

Don't trust FLX I had a long and difficult attempt to buy a bicycle from FLX. Beyond the standard shipping delays there were promises that the bicycle I'd ordered would be in a particular shipment, then mysteriously it was not. There were promises that the courier company would deliver by a date and then there was an unexplained problem, and then when I said I'd asked the credit card company for a chargeback, FLX accused me of trying to steal from them. I'd do nothing of the sort, and expected to refuse the delivery after the chargeback. Still, I did a chargeback, the bank was magnificent and I got reimbursed in two days. Glad to have no more to do with FLX.

Trusted them in the Babymaker campaign on Indiegogo. After a while I started to understand they had no idea on how the bike's being produced. They had zero quality control. They had zero customer service. They had zero respect for customers outside USA, mainly EU customers. People who never had or knew e-bikes will find it amazing (if they get it). People who knows bikes and e-bikes will find it average or even below average bike. The pandemic affected us all. Let's not make it an eternal excuse for lack of professionalism. Got a chargeback. Seit einem Jahr nur vertrösrungen Standart antwort WE Work hard es werden heute noch Bikes Angeboten mit einem möglichen Leitertermin für Juli dies ist jetzt schon absehbar unmöglich zu halten warte heute noch auf mein Bike vom letzten Juli jeden Monat wird es weiter aufgeschoben nicht zu empfehlen. So Update 9 Monate nach meiner letzten Bewertung immer noch kein Fahrrad mehrmals leere fullfilment Aussagen und 1000 ausreden aber kein Fahrrad jede Wette das ich das bestellte Fahrrad von 2020 Juni definitiv nicht 2021 bekommen werde. Finger weg von FLX !!!!!!fällt nicht auf die Propaganda rein!

I got the bike about two weeks ago so far I love the bike a lot. Even it took a long time to get it but overall it is a nice bike and going up in the hill area is such a ease.

Love my bike! Can’t blame them for shipping delays during Covid! Love it and worth the wait.

It took a year to get it, some delays due to FLX not expecting such high volume sales AND other problems they didn’t anticipate, not the least of which the pandemic (delays in parts, factories closed, etc.) Ultimately very easy to assemble, solid quality and build!

Received my FLX BM Pro late December 2020 (I'm in New Zealand) and it's great! 3 months late but that is more than reasonable given we are in the middle of the worst pandemic in modern history... I think the team at FLX are genuine, and were victims of their own success in terms of production logistics - but as a long-time backer of Kickstarter and Indiegogo, 3 months is nothing! (yes I'm looking at you Park & Diamond helmet, and you too Rockwell Model T Razor...) Great fun and super versatile as a modern single-speed commuter. And the matt black is a gorgeous colour. (P.S. - If I could rate the name separately I would give it a single star - so sleazy! I'm glad you can't actually see it unless the bike is upside-down!)
