Please do not order from this company. Not only were the flowers I ordered embarrassingly small and not like the photo, but I was charged an $18.99 "service fee." If you search this company online, you will see many reviews of unhappy customers. Believe those reviews. I wish I has seen them prior to ordering.

BUYERS BEWARE! We paid over $83 for a $59.99 arrangement. They say “free shipping”, but then tack on an $18.99 service fee. They sent a pathetic arrangement that was nothing like what we had agreed to purchase. They have a clause that they can substitute what they want. They have offered us a $20 refund. They’re scammers!!!

They took my order saying they had the flowers available, then much later in the evening after they had closed I got an email saying they weren't available and were going to substitute with something completely different and much less than what I paid for. I emailed back saying I'd rather wait for the original flowers I order, then with no other communication emailed and said they were cancelling my order. The part that truly upset me was they commented that they had tried to reach me 'several times.' That's a lie- they had my phone number, I never got a call. I had one email saying they weren't available and did I approve the substitution- user another florist this one seems to be a big call center and not actually local or communicative.

I would never use this Flowers by Nora in Georgia again. It is a bated and switch florist. You get these beautiful picture of arrangements and when you order they send an arrangement that looks nothing like it just a cheap bunch of flowers stuck in a vase.

Order was confirmed for 11/29 but was sent out on 11/27. Needed to cancel because the person is still in the hospital. The CSM told me they sent it early because of the holiday, after their colleague had confirmed the date change. Then the CSM wasn't able to reach the delivery person after 30 minutes on hold, and wasn't able to get a supervisor after an addition 15 minutes. They're gonna call me back. Sure they are. Please don't ever, ever use this company.

My brother in Wisconsin and my girlfriend in Alaska paid for floral arrangements to be delivered to me last week after my hip replacement. The girl on the phone who took my brothers order told him her floral shop was local and only 20 mins from my house. Such a lie! My tiny town only has a few floral shops and none of the are “Flowers by Nora”. My brother made a few phone calls and she insisted she would deliver the next day which never happened. Same thing happened with my girlfriend’s order of flowers. 1.5 weeks later , I still had never received my ordered/paid for delivery! Nora belongs in Prison.. wherever she lives!

They delivered the flowers I ordered to the wrong address and claimed the order was correctly delivered. They wouldn't refund me or resend the order.

ZERO STARS !!!! FLOWERS BY NORA IS A SCAM . Flowers were never delivered and they took my money.
