Would rate them zero if possible. We ordered flowers for a double family funeral. My husband asked if the person he was talking to was in the city and on-site. They LIED and said yes. They made multiple mistakes on the order. After talking to the 3rd person and assured there would be no problems, it was a nightmare. We should have realized that everytime we called we talked to different people. Day of the funeral they left messages and texted about wanting to confirm the deceased names. Then a text less than an hour before the funeral stating that the order was cancelled due to us not providing info. They are one of the most INCOMPETENT company's we have ever dealt with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE IDIOTS.

Total scam. Once I realized it I called to cancel my order. They kept transferring me to “customer service” a line that woukd ring nonstop and nobody answer. I already disputed the charge and order a new credit card. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THEM

I ordered flowers to be delivered. Not only were they not delivered, but I was never notified that they weren't delivered. Only after I checked with the recipient did I realize they weren't delivered. A call to customer service was not helpful. I think it's a call center- they had no idea how to handle the issue. AWFUL- do not support this business.

If I could give a zero I would. Misleading website, scam company. They came up with some sorry excuse that they 'couldn't deliver the flowers' despite my instructions to LEAVE at the front door of recipient. I hope this scam is shut down soon.

Today I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a relative the same day. This was my first time of ordering flowers on line and I was skeptical of the company because so many reviews were negative. But I called the florist and they assured me I would get what I wanted. The flowers were delivered on time and the yellow themed bouquet was beautiful. Gorgeous large yellow roses mixed with other yellow flowers. It did exactly what I wanted: a sunny and cheery bouquet. Customer service at Flowers by Nora asked me to give them a chance in spite of the reviews and they totally met my expectations. I would use them again.

Do not buy flower arrangement from Flowers by Nora! I ordered an arrangement for a birthday going to a nursing home. I specifically asked for a Birthday Ballon, they sent a "Get Well Ballon". This mistake caused the recipient much pain due to the fact that she will not recover. Also, there were no flowers in the back of the arrangement. I reached out to Flowers By Nora forwarding the email that contains the receipt that clearly read that I ordered a "Happy birthday Ballon" Their response was to give me credit on a 7 dollar ballon. This grave mistake cause much pain for my friend, which cannot be undone. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this incompetent company.

I ordered a flower arrangement for delivery in a small town in Texas. I thought it was a small local business, but it was based in Pennsylvania. As many people stated, the company represented itself as a family owned local business. This is not true, but luckily the order WAS delivered on time and the flowers arrived looking like the advertised photo, so no complaints.
