I called and ordered an arrangement for a friend of mine. What was delivered looked nothing like I ordered. I called them and told them what they delivered was nothing like what I ordered. They wanted pictures of what I ordered and what they delivered and then they told me to read the fine print. They gave me a $10 refund and called it good. Not good enough. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered a Christmas centerpiece for my nephew in San Francisco from flowers by Nora. It arrived at 10 PM. It was smaller than what I ordered. Half of the greenery and flowers were missing. It was just green foam on that side. Customer service is terrible. Please do not waste your money on this company.

Awful! I ordered flowers Monday night for a Tuesday delivery… it is now Friday at 3:30pm and they still have not been delivered. Total scam! It’s difficult to talk to someone and when you do they have to check with the delivery driver and get back to you! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not order from this scam company, they are not local! They are a thrid party vendor, flowers look like like are off of some little deli or seven eleven NOthing like what pictured or ordered. I would love to show you pics but this site doesnt offer. I ordered a deluxe flower arrangement, with lillies, roses and other greens and flowers, two mylar balloons and chocolate, all for $100. They delivered ballons, not fully blown up and 6 white roses. This was for my MIL after a major surgery. They present themselves as they are local they are not, they are a 3rd party vendor, they do not care about what they deliver to your receipent. Here is what I ordered

I ordered two premium funeral arrangements two full days before the service. I asked for delivery confirmation and was promised they would confirm. After five phone calls, 15 minutes before the actual service was to begin, I finally received confirmation that my arrangements had been delivered. Imagine my surprise when only one of the arrangements was delivered. The customer service and lack of follow-through cause me to wonder how this company is still operating and in business. If you are looking for a good florist with good customer service, please keep looking

Flowers were never delivered. Flowers by Nora said they were and gave us a time. They were supposed to be delivered to a business that has cameras and the cameras confirm, flowers were never delivered. I've tried calling twice to resolve this and get the same runaround each time. STAY AWAY. THIS IS A SCAM.

horrible customer service. I placed an order went over the order 3 times with the lady for the order to come 3 hours late and completely wrong. The lady who took my order was Jade. NEVR ORDER FROM THEM!

Absolute scam!!!! They pretend to be a local flower shop in the area you search. They are a call center in another country. They broker jobs to other florists. They often get it wrong. In my case, they never delivered the flowers and just pretended to.
