I ordered a flower basket ($115) for same day delivery in Sewickley. It took a long time on the phone to place the order. The basket I ordered was one pictured on their website and recommended to me during my call. Four hours later, they sent an email (no phone call!) saying the order wouldn’t be delivered due to “supply issues” and that it would take 3-5 business days to get a refund. Why did they recommend something they didn’t have and why wouldn’t they call to discuss alternatives. By the time I saw the email, it was too late to order from another shop. Suggest avoiding Flowers by Nora.

Absolutely disgusting service!! This was for an elderly gentleman’s funeral service and they simply chose NOT TO DELIVER THE ORDER and when I called they said “we cancelled that order over lack of flowers”. How embarrassing, no phone call to me or email. They advertised as a “home-town” florist. Being out of state, I didn’t know the difference. I hope Nora loses whatever business she or they have. Again, very disappointing!!!

Flowers by Nora after ordering a spray for an upcoming funeral I started having feelings that I had been scammed. They charged my credit card immediately however, never received email or an invoice. Called again requesting invoice. Finally received invoice after reviewing invoice I noticed the invoice had many punctuation errors. I then knew I just hit scammed. 3rd time calling Requested refund hopefully they will return my money. Beware they seem to have numerous websites that all are the same. Nora’s Flowers and Ruth Roses.

The one good thing about this place is that the flowers were beautiful but warning their prices are very misleading they don’t tell you about something called “ surcharge “ my 49.99 arrangement had a final price of 73.55 Warning their prices are false advertising ! I will never purchase here again and neither will all the veterans groups I belong to like the DAV , American legion and the Vietnam veterans of america

GOING TO CALL ATTY GENERAL TO LOOK INTO THIS BUSINESS AND SEE IF THEY EVEN EXIST AT THE ADDRESS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED If I could not even give them 1 star, that would be great for me. They are HORRIBLE and I wish I had read the reviews first!!!!!!!! I placed an order to what I thought was as local florist in Nashville early yesterday and today at 3 pm the flowers still were not delivered and it was my daughters birthday today. I called them re this and they are clueless. There's no mgr to talk to, and I was told that the mgrs don't talk to cust. WTF! I told them they better have the flowers delivered tomorrow morning and they better be beautiful cuz I will have a pic sent to me otherwise we will have a huge problem. Amazing how quick they charge your card but could care less of the delivery!!!! On 3/5 they gave my order to a different florist who sent me a text telling me they were at my daughters place of business (Vanderbuilt Univ) and had no where to park so could not deliver the flowers!! I told them NOT to deliver late on 3/5 cuz her dept would be closed. I then called that # that texted me and she asked for my daughters home address & I gave it to her and asked her to leave the flowers by front door and at 10 pm on 3/5 they still were not there. I am on phone now with the supposed Flowers By Nora and asking for a refund of my $88+ and have been on hold for a while now while they are checking. Checking on what??? I have been on hold for 10 minutes so far and no reply. I just want my money back and they better give it back to me cuz I will not let this go. The flowers if they would hvae ever been delivered probably would look like crap as this business is really not legit. They just take your money and jack you around! My call on hold was finally disconnected after being on hold for 12 minutes FLOWERS ORDERED 3/4 AND AS OF 3/6 STILL NO FLOWERS AND THEY PUT ME ON HOLD TWICE NOW FOR AT LEAST 12 MIN AND THEN DISCONNECTED ME WHEN I TELL THEM I JUST WANT A REFUND!!!

I never complain or write reviews. Order looked nothing like on website. Contacting them was worthless. I was sent a long, long contract stating basically if they don’t have the flowers and/or vase you ordered they have the right to send whatever they want. My fault for reading the reviews after ordering. Don’t do the same as me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering flowers from this place. What I thought was a "local" florist turned out to be something entirely different. I ordered an arrangement for my sister only to find out the flowers came from Shaw's - a grocery store. Imagine my embarrassment when my sister read me the card. I thought I was supporting a locally owned business. I would have never ordered from them had I known they contract their business out.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sent the wrong arrangement to my family. They are not reputable and I would never use them again. They were very unhelpful on the phone. DO NOT Ever USE THEM!
