they told me they were local, promised delivery today and took my payment. At 5:07 pm emailed me that they could not get out the delivery because of "supply issues" Don't use them!

I was completely embarrassed by the flowers that were delivered at the funeral home. They looked nothing like what I ordered. I paid $100 and got a $40 small vase.

I ordered a basket of colorful plants for my gardener friend next-door whose dog was attacked. What was delivered was one plant with small white flowers in a plastic container wrapped in foil. FBN had called a local Boulder Company giving them a budget for plant and delivery of $55. I paid $104 for my arrangement. This company is a disgrace. Beware!

This company did not delivered flowers to a celebration of life for one of our employee that passed. What an embarrassment. No communication what so ever from James he is the one that went to check to see if they had all of what it took to put the custom arrangement together . The sad thing is nothing would of been said to us if I didn't reach out to let them know that I did not see the arrangement at the place where the Celebration of life was taking place. Then I received a e-mail from Fabie telling me that they apologized for the inconvenience. WOW !!! no phone call no communication what so ever. I probably could of asked my friend in Corpus to do something. These Victoria flowers shop are not worthy of anyone service. Cause they would find themselves in the same situation just like us. I did not order on line. I called and asked if I was speaking and dealing with a local florist in Goodyear AZ and I was assured that I was, I explained it was for a friend on her 75th birthday and I wanted something special, roses. The gentleman on the phone and I looked at several photos together and I choose an arrangement with roses. I placed my order over the phone and gave my credit card. Several days later my friend sent me a photo of the flowers…. Carnations! And not even a dozen of them. The arrangement sent was nothing like what I had ordered. I was embarrassed. Surely a local florist would know if they did not have roses available….. and a reputable florist would have called me back if they did not . Horrible experience. They have offered a 20 dollar refund, not at all acceptable.

I wish I could give zero stars! Do not use this florist! I ordered a beautiful arrangement for someone’s birthday…what they received was nothing like the picture on their web site. I reached out to them and sent pictures of the bouquet versus the picture from the site and they offered nothing but excuses. I was beyond embarrassed by this delivery. I will be contacting my bank to handle a full refund.

My sister was very happy with Blooming Meadow Bouquet, vase, and balloon. Took all day to arrive in the evening. $18.99 also charged for Service Fee!!

I hate to be cliché but there should be an option for zero stars! DO NOT use this company. They didn't deliver the funeral flowers for my best friend's mom's funeral. Due to a supply chain issue. I don't know if I would have even known (the funeral was 3k miles away and I was unable to attend.) if my friend hadn't mentioned it. No one from Flowers by Nora even told me. I am livid.
