Not delivered in the time frame promised

The website was not taking my CC. I called her directly, she took my payment, then sent an email expaining she didn't have the supplies. It was for my daughters birthday and too late to order from another.

do not use this florist. they outsource their ordering process and the representatives do not have awareness of what the flower shop has. I had to reorder two times in the same day and both orders were cancelled saying they didn't have the flowers in the shop. Of course, my card was charged both times and refunds were processed in 5 business days! what a scam!

They didn't let me know they did not have the requested flowers available. I only discovered this when I contacted them asking if they had delivered the order. Imagine my disappointment when, Erica at Nora's, their response was a refund had been processed. That'll teach me to not order online and to do it in person.

I see a lot of similar reviews. Quite simply this company sucks. There's no quality control and when you point out that what you ordered is nothing like what was delivered they will throw $5-$10 back to you and tell you to deal with it.

My first order from Flowers by Nora was fantastic....beautifully done and exactly as pictured. My friend loved them and it was amazing how long they stayed so beautiful. When another occasion (Valentines day) came along...I ordered (1 1/2 dozen...deluxe setting) roses, expecting another amazing arrangement. They delivered the flowers on time, but it was a major let-down compared with the first experience. Roses were not as pretty...looked like they had been stuffed randomly into the vase and the white accent flowers that were pictured on the website were absent from the scene. I wrote them an email expressing my disappointment which got a response as to how the arrangement "Met their policy". I'm disappointed...$145 for flowers that were no where close to what was pictured on their website. Don't know much latin....but CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! Guess I'll be finding a new florist. Tom

Do NOT order flowers from Flowers by Nora unless you want to be extremely disappointed, embarrassed, and pay a lot for arrangements that don’t look like their online pictures. Also, their customer service is extremely poor as well. The flower arrangement I sent for a relative’s birthday was full of greenery instead of the flowers shown online. When I called to complain, I was told to write an email and include a picture! I did write the email and include a picture, only to receive a $10 refund and be given excuses of flower availability, flower substitution, etc…. This was a $100 arrangement and a $10 refund was not adequate for what was delivered. So disappointed!

Terrible. They will not deliver anything close to what you ordered. I sent a deluxe sized Gentle Blossoms Basket (basket with 5 flowering plants of varying types and colors) to a funeral and received pictures the next day of a tin bucket with 3 tiny kalanchoe and a brown-leafed, dying spiked plant. I was embarrassed, contacted them, sent photos...and they offered $20 back on my $93 total order. Run! This is an awful company that does not care.
