SCAM. Do not rely on this company for anything important. I ordered flowers several days in advance for a very important work anniversary. The flowers were never delivered, and I received no notification or communication from the company. I had to contact them myself to find out what happened, only to be told, "We're sorry." What is especially misleading is that this appears to be a local florist, but it is not. If you're looking for dependable service for an important occasion, I strongly recommend using a true local florist instead. Very disappointing experience and a complete failure to deliver on what was promised.

Flowers delivered were not even close to the ones advertised and I paid for the premium. Very very disapointed.

I ordered flowers for my anniversary to be delivered to my wife’s job today. However, when I looked at the picture of the flowers delivered, it was nothing close to what I ordered. When I reached out, they said they swap based on availabilities sorry sorry sorry blah blah blah.

If you order from this company be prepared to pay $20+ more than they say, get your order forgotten and not delivered, and have to fight tooth and nail for a refund of your money. I wish I had seen all the negative reviews before I ordered from them. Such incompetence, lack of professionalism, and dishonesty is shocking

They flat out lie and say they are a local florist in your area that makes their own arrangements. They are no where near that which is why they charge so much and most of the time cant get the flowers you ordered and write you back in 30 minutes and cancel your order. I have no idea how they are making money?

The flowers were never delivered. I contacted them and they said to give them 48 hours to investigate. That’s the last I ever heard from them. I’ve contacted them numerous times since then with no reply. I would not recommend buying from them. I wish I would have checked the reviews before I purchased. Now I have to file a claim with my bank.

I would give 0 if i could. I ordered a plant arrangement for a funeral. Received 2 email confirmations day of the order. I was not able to attend the service as I am out of town so this was imortant. 20 minutes after the service started I got an email saying due to a "supply issue", the order had been cancelled. Well, hell, it's a little late to be telling me now. So, nothing was delivered and the late notice gave me no opportunity to remedy the situation. It's not like there is a do-over opportunity. Mind blowing bad business! Mind blowing!

I ordered a deluxe bouquet for my daughter-in-law. The bouquet delivered was smaller than it showed in the website and all roses were missing. I WOULDN'T ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS PLACE AND DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. PERIOD.
