I cant review the flowers because they never came. The customer service number says it open 24/7 but you will never get a person on the phone for long. As soon as you start into you issue there is a mysterious disconnect. Also there email correspondence is just as shady. If you look at the fine print on there site it says they will only refund with store credit. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!!

I had other flowers delivered before and had an exemplary service. But when I placed an order for my roommate. It was never delivered today the 23rd of December . I have not been called nor contacted by email of any problems. I am not happy.
