This company screwed up. Period. If I could less than one star, I would. Flowers were NOT delivered on the day that was scheduled. Nor the next day as promised. Nor the next day for God only knows why. Ruint a surprise engagement party. No contact as to why they were not delivered. I even paid extra $$, to have them on the day requested. Three days later! Yes, Three days later and.... They still have NOT been delivered! With no explanation, no apology, or contact. I had to call them myself to find out what happened. No one would tell me anything. If you want to have an evening ruint, (that took me weeks to plan) a girlfriend in tears, angry parents and guests, and a company that doesn't care........then look no further. You've found it. I have ordered a few times and it’s been a great experience, they delivered the flowers as promised. I will continue to order in the future.

Order placement was a breeze. Great selection & excellent on time delivery. My sister & brother n law loved the amount & selection of candy in the basket.

I ordered flowers MARCH 5,2014 with EXPRESS service. I have proof of purchase so don't even try taking this post down. The company promotes EXPRESS same day service...for an additional charge. YA NO! I call them 4 hours later and to my surprise you can not get a hold of anyone unless you select the option to make a new order... how convenient for them. They tell me, nope you didn't order express, finally they agree that I did order express, they tell me to wait until they call the shop. Then they tell me they are waiting on a response from the shop but assuered me it would be out for delivery shortly....how would they know that if they couldn't speak to the shop? RIGHT THEY DON'T. SO I call again today, guy tells me that he contacted the shop but they speak French and there was a language issue but don't worry they have had my order for a few hours and it should go out today....HMMM FUNNY, HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT IF YOU DON'T SPEAK FRENCH???? OH and was I not told yesterday they received the order? Yet today they have only had the order for a few hours????????????? WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! I have NEVER seen so many bad reviews with the EXACT same problem....PEOPLE SEND FLOWERS FOR A REASON..ON THE DAY THEY REQUEST..FOR A REASON. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR RUINING A SPECIAL DAY FOR A DEAR FRIEND.

I was shopping on online for a florist . When I tried to leave the Flower Delivery Express website, a "Save $40.00" on this order coupon came up. When checking out, the coupon code conveniently appeared on the order, but was NOT subtracted. I kept thinking it would recalculate the total at the end. After pressing submit and realizing the coupon was not subtracted, i emailed the company. They called today to say the coupon had already been subtracted from the very start. The flower prices that I saw before being enticed by a $40 savings already had the $40 emoved????? ARE YOU KIDDING!!!!! I can see from reviews that follow that they were removed for not providing order confirmation. My order # is 71586. I'm suspecting that these numerous customers had the same lousy experience. Learned my lesson on that one! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates for my mother on her birthday. She and I were both horrified by the bouquet (which were NOT the flowers I had seen a picture of online), and the chocolates (which were store-bought CVS type of cheap chocolates). Both bouquet and chocolates were ENTIRELY different from the picture online, much smaller, cheaper, and completely different from what I had ordered. I spent a FORTUNE on this surprise, and since I am currently living outside of the U.S. I rely primarily on proper marketing and honest sellers. I am truly disappointed and horrified by this company and its misrepresentation. I even called twice to verify the order before payment, AND every time I tried to close the browser, the company kept giving me more and more discounts with promotion codes. Finally I bought the flowers but had to re-verify with the company--most of the employees seem to be quite young, inexperienced, and unhelpful. After delivery, I tried to call and complain but no one would answer one of the three numbers they have! I reported them through paypal and hopefully I will be refunded. HORRIBLE!!!!

I ordered these flowers for my daughter on February 10th to be delivered on February 13th. When they did not arrive, I tried contacting FDE numerous times by phone and then by e-mail. I tried to cancel the order and then received a note via e-mail that the order was going to be delivered on February 17th. I again tried to make contact to ensure the order was cancelled and have not been able to reach anyone via phone or through e-mail. The flowers were never delivered and I have yet to hear from this company or see the charge refunded. As with many of the other reviewers, trying to make contact with anyone at FDE is impossible - even if you try and go through new orders, they just re-direct to the answering machine that clearly never gets listened to. Very disappointing as my daughter lives in a different city from us ... To make things worse they credited the original agreed upon price and put through a charge that was $12 higher than the original!
