Order Gathering VS Local Florist... I will NEVER make this mistake again!!! This company has turned something sweet and turned it into a nightmare! I wanted flowers delivered to my wife... that's it! No Holiday; no 'peak' situation. I spent the money for same day delivery... the tracking says, "LDN" - that's it!!! What does this mean?! Ha... so I call (wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy) the person that answers the phone know as much as I do. This is not a reputable company or situation. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this experience... DAY 3 still no flowers; no call back; no refund; just silence!!!

My wife ordered by phone, she called a number which is thought was a local florist we have dealt with in the past. Somehow she was redirected to this scam artist! We first suspected something wrong when I received an email saying the order was delayed. We had not checked the email as the order had been placed, not on the computer but by telephone. We are not computer people! We assumed the local florist outsourced out of town deliveries to a call center but when she called the local florist she was told they handle all out of area orders themselves and had never heard of flowerdeliveryexpress.com. Now knowing it was a email company I tried their "track your order" What a joke! We ordered flowers for a funeral service on Saturday, ordered on Friday and was promised, and paid for, same day delivery, All I can get from the tracking is that the order has been sent to a design specialist. The service is today! If the flowers are not delivered in time for the service I will call my credit card company and dispute the charges! My advice? Go on the internet for the community you wish the flowers delivered to: find a "local to that area" florist, pay by credit card and rest assured. Never trust this company

I paid for same day delivery for a Thursday. The flowers were not delivered on Thursday. They were not delivered Friday or Saturday. I ad difficulty contacting the service. They hung up on me, forwarded me to a waiting message, or sent me to an answering service to leave a message. I complained Thursday when the flowers were not delivered. I received an e-mail Saturday evening saying the delivery was delayed. That isn't the way floral deliveries work. I wanted them delivered Thursday. I stupidly believed the same day promise. This is just not a reputable company. Read recent other reviews for confirmation of my truth. I cancelled my credit card because it was compromised.

I'll know in a few hours whether or not I've been totally scammed, but these idiots can't trace my order. Their fees are exorbitant and unexpected, and noW I think I'm out $100, PLUS I've disappointed family. DON'T GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

The flowers I ordered were never delivered and customer service was unwilling to do anything about it. I'm $140 short and no flowers. These guys are web thieves.

This company is deceptive, and irrefutably unconscionable. I have placed two orders with them. The first one I paid for same day delivery and added on items to the order making the grand total over $80-the flowers were delivered...to the hospital floor-FOUR days later, after the recipient had been discharged and no add-ons. I've called, left emails, nothing-no response. Second order, because they give you a $50 rebate for your next purchase right? I ordered a $13 flower arrangement-NO add-ons...the total after taxes and delivery charges etc said $2 and change-I complete the order guess what I get a new page that says "Grand Total $52.82" This company is a complete scam, customer service is a JOKE-please, take your money place it in an envelope and mail the money to whomever you are trying to send flowers to, and have them go buy themselves something nice, because this company is full complete, absolute thieves.

Ordered $125 arrangement and it never made it to destination... called & emailed no answer/ on hold for 10+ minutes. I'm out a Hundo and a quarter and my wife is still mad and now even more upset I lost money. LOSE LOSE with these people! Buy Local

I tried to order some flowers, did google search and Flower Delivery was one of the top searches (I wish I could do google review so it shows up along with advertising next to search results). anyway... it seemed like the best deal out there with big mark down for "today only" and FREE Delivery. I selected my arrangement and continue to checkout. after entering all of the info I finally see total for my order and the first reaction is that something wrong with the website it must be a mistake.... My order total DOUBLED. so I pick a phone and call them twice, both reps didn't make any sense, 1 hang up on me both were giving some none sense explanation (need to make sure flowers are fresh, vase in a picture but it's not free, arrangement fee, etc...) when I say that none of that is mentioned on the item that I'm selecting they say that all info could be found in the Policy of the company which I should read first. to summarize: their advertisement not even close to reality they just want to suck you in and don't care about all the complain (BBB record is a proof of that). needless to say I ordered from a different website. Stay away!!!!
