Hi Emma, We're so sorry to hear that your custom formulation didn't work as well as hoped. We're happy that you took the opportunity to have us adjust the formulation by working with our Scientific Liaison and reviewed your results with her over the Microbiome Report Review Call. Regarding the report, there are certain pathogenic strains of bacteria that can cause significant inflammation and discomfort even if they are slightly overabundant due to their pathogenic qualities. We have since launched our clinical program which many practitioners are adopting that includes some additional gut restoration components and it's possible that this would have been a better fit for your needs: https://flore.com/pages/flore-clinical Otherwise, we'd be more than happy to adjust your formulation one more time or offer a free retest for you.
