Still waiting for my results after submitting in August. It’s now November 18. It was supposed to be ready over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back. I emailed a week ago. If you’re going to do this, be prepared to wait 3-6 months to get results.

Service is extremely slow. My first sample was lost - even though I mailed it via FedEx. Getting your DigestiveDNA Analysis takes forever and during that time your card is still being charged monthly fees even though you haven't received any probiotics or test results.

It would have been helpful if I were told the procedures to follow when I first purchased the test kit (what I will be receiving, what link to follow to learn more about the steps involved, etc.). The visuals provided on the test kit were not very helpful in clarifying the words used in the instructions. I am autistic and I need concrete directions with good visuals to aid in understanding the instructions. I found the whole process confusing and frustrating.

There is not any correspondence and it’s hard to navigate between the sites. It’s confusing where i need to go to get my information. It’s been over 2 weeks since my sample was received and it’s still not done. I just want someone to tell me what is going on?
