Dr A was a delight. The meeting was very informative and appreciated. Here is why I didn't give 5 stars. 1. The meeting is rushed. There is no time for questions or explanations beyond the standard given. I could tell that Dr. A tried her hardest to get as much info in as possible in the time allotted. 2. Because the information is run through so fast, there are lots of terms and explanations being thrown at the patient, it is almost impossible to retain all of the information. Please consider giving customers a recording/transcript, so they can go back and review more than once.

I have great experience with Shirin, the scientist who is very professional and patient in answering all the questions while reviewing with me my personal Microbiome Analyst Report. She deserves 5 Stars. You want us to be honest, so here it is why I gave a 4 Stars review for Sun Genomics because I was a bit disappointed that my 2nd test kit did not come on time, until I inquired about it & found out that it was lost in the mail, & they have to resend it to me I hope this will not happen again as I believe we are all anxious to know our progress after 4 months of taking the Probiotics & to be tested again & have to wait another 2 - 3 weeks to get the Report before Sun Genomics can formulate our new customized Probiotics! Thank you.

The products are great and easy to use - the only drawback I have is the long wait to get the results back.

I am just getting started and beginning my probiotic tomorrow so I will let you know as it progresses. Enjoyed my visit with Shareen and it sounds very good and very positive I will respond later as things get going bye

My daughter (ASD) and I both are monthly subscribers to Floré probiotics and have noticed a considerable difference in our bowel movements. We’ve both lost weight (unintentionally!) and as our systems continue to adjust and balance out, we are noticing less bloating and gas. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating was because a mistake was made with our subscriptions/probiotics however, they (Sungenomics) fixed the problem. I am still not as 100% confident in the schedule of testing, retesting as I am in the formulation provided specifically for us. Still, I intend to stay with it. My daughter and I began in February (me) and March (my daughter).

Overall the service is great and the product is amazing. I wish there wasn't a delay in getting the report so that we could have that before the probiotics shipped.

I’m really glad that I chose sun genomics to get my tummy analyzed. Their result report is very detailed and personalized. The results came back sooner than expected and I also received my customized probiotics promptly too. I just wish I was able to speak to someone from sun genomics about my results. But overall I’m very happy with them.

This was better than the first one I had with Shirin. Less negativity. More relaxed and willing to listen to me and relate my isues with the findings. Still a way to go to integrate into real life experience. The report has a way to go to be user-friendly and offer value.
