Never ever use these scammers. I spent £80 for a mothers day delivery, which they never delivered. They didn't respond to any of my emails, and when I claimed a refund through my bank, they had the audacity to dispute it even though they'd taken payment and never delivered the product. The bank realised this and got the refund. This company: 1) won't deliver your flowers 2) will ignore your communications when you try and chase them 3) will try and keep your money anyway Dont take the risk

Ordered March 7, 2025 for a delivery the next day for Women's Day. Flowers were never delivered. I emailed twice with no response. Contacted on chat at first with no response. Days later on March 24 I tried chat again with order number and they responded that the order wasn't delivered and they'd refund me. April 8 still no email or refund. I tried contacting them twice again and no response. Had to do a dispute through my credit card to get the charge refunded.

Its a scam! Beware!

I ordered a bouquet of 20 roses and a pack of 24 Fererro Rocher to be delivered for my daughter's birthday in Strasbourg. Delivery was done, but a day later, not on her birthday. The pack of sweets they changed for additional 5 roses without telling me in advance. Website chat is not working. Disappointing and unsatisfied service. Not recommended.

Watch out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They didn't deliver anything, they answered they've already delivered with a photo of a door with a bunch of flower leaning on it (wrong door and wrong number) saying nobody was in and they left it outside. Elvira said it by mail, while a Mary (chat online) said it was delivered. All good reviews are fake… Keep away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered flowers a couple of days ago and never been delivered, I emailed them they promised they would deliver them the next day but of course never been delivered and now they haven't answered the email, I asked for a refund but no way to answer.

Flowers not delivered after 2 days and no response when I try to contact the company I ordered and paid for flowers 3 days ago - to be delivered the next day. Flowers still haven’t arrived today and I cannot contact the company- phone number not working, online chat line not responding, emails not being answered. I believe I’ve been scammed. Finally after I sent them the email, they have proceed with a refund 😀
