Floral Expert is a Scam – Beware of Hidden Fees! I ordered from Floral Expert, entered my delivery address, and the system calculated the delivery fee. After I paid, they emailed me saying the address was “too far” and demanded an extra €23, which was never mentioned at checkout. When I questioned this, they completely stopped responding. This is a scam—they take your money and then try to charge you more after the fact. If you don’t pay the extra fee, they just ignore you. Extremely dishonest and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend Floral Expert. Stay away unless you want to be overcharged and ignored!

Ordered, on this site, flowers, they promise that they will bring flowers on the same day, I write to the manager write to their email, no one responds, terrible site, terrible treatment of the client, do not know where the flowers do not recommend to anyone

Roses arrived but very disappointing bouquet compared to the price. Very underwhelmed!

Total scam. They are a marketing site with marketing agreements at many locations. They have no control over delivery and they don't even know the status. Your bouquet will not be delivered on time, they will keep saying they (or their local partners) cannot get a hold of the recipient, so they postpone the delivery to the next day. The customer support would only reply hours later and of course they don't know the status, they just do sales for a commission.

I' ve alredy ordered flowers several times, and my girlfriend is very pleased. The bouquets are beautiful, the flovers don't wither for a long time and they smell great. The service is at a high level, the delivery is carried out very quickly.

SCAM COMPANY I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my partner thinking they would arrive in time for Valentine’s Day but it was all a lie. First of all a red flag is how stupidly expensive all the flowers are. When you place an order you don’t get any tracking Number. The order number you get is pointless as you can’t use it anywhere. You want customer support? There’s nothing! You need to email them to which you only receive 1-2 sentences back with vague answers. Oh and I had to pay an extra fee for delivery. I thought it came included with the amount I already paid. AVOID this company at all costs. It’s a scam and they take your card details to set up recurring payments. All these positive reviews are fake.
