Scam, took my money no delivery, not contactable. Their phone number, email, live chat, even their reviews on their website don’t work.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my wife's birthday on June 23rd to be delivered on the same date. I had already paid 70€ when I received an email saying that my odder will be postponed for the next day. Which obviously it didn't. I emailed them back and they never replied. A complete scum.

I can not recommend ordering with floral expert. this company is a sort of agency which has little control over the actual services they sell. ordered flowers for father’s day, date and order was confirmed upon payment. a day later (after a couple of cofusing back and forth email exchange), I got informed that the delivery was after all not possible on the agreed date. we therefore agreed to cancel and I was promised a refund. that refund was never issued within 2 weeks which is why I had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back.

I‘ve ordered flowers for my mum with the same day delivery. Instead of coral peonies and roses she got pink peonles (one of them was broken) and white lilies. The bouquet looked rather small and was definitely not worth of 100€ I‘ve paid for it. The delivery boy (you pay 10€ for delivery extra) didn’t even come up to apartment. Instead my mum hat to come out to the street to pick up the flowers. There was also no surprise as they called her before although I gave the exact timeslot for delivery. In total a bad experience.

This is a big FRAUD!!! DO NOT oder flowers through this website!!!

Total non service and a big scam. I think they let some orders passing trough just to show they have a little business going on, but I think it’s 50/50 chance about you a the lucky customer.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary! We received them exactly on time! The bouquet is simply gorgeous! We are very pleased with the services of Floral Expert.
