Not what i paid for I've paid for a bouquet for a birthday, the day before the delivery they sent me an email telling me they will change the arrangement with other flowers, i've replied telling that i didn't like the new composition and i wanted to stop the order and have a refund, no reply, they sent the altered bouquet and now i'm stuck with it. Disappointed.

I‘ve ordered flowers for my mum with the same day delivery. Instead of coral peonies and roses she got pink peonles (one of them was broken) and white lilies. The bouquet looked rather small and was definitely not worth of 100€ I‘ve paid for it. The delivery boy (you pay 10€ for delivery extra) didn’t even come up to apartment. Instead my mum hat to come out to the street to pick up the flowers. There was also no surprise as they called her before although I gave the exact timeslot for delivery. In total a bad experience.

Flowers not delivered after 2 days and no response when I try to contact the company I ordered and paid for flowers 3 days ago - to be delivered the next day. Flowers still haven’t arrived today and I cannot contact the company- phone number not working, online chat line not responding, emails not being answered. I believe I’ve been scammed. Finally after I sent them the email, they have proceed with a refund 😀

We ordered a bouquet to Poland, in advance (not on the same day), the bouquet was simply NOT DELIVERED. At the same time, the phone is always busy, they do not answer emails or chat. The next day they answered - sorry, the order can't be delivered..... Well, this is not a good service, you can not rely on them. Such a mistake on their part was only 1 time, but this is enough to not contact them again.

They had to the deliver flowers in Budapest on 16th Sept 2024. I wrote them few days later and they said they did it. My girlfriend never got them, wrote them again to find out what happened and get money back or a new delivery. They never replied.
