Je suis fleuriste partenaire et j’ai effectué une livraison pour Floral Expert. Le bouquet a bien été livré et mes messages WhatsApp ont été lus, mais je n’ai jamais reçu le paiement malgré plusieurs relances. Aucune réponse, aucun règlement. C’est une attitude vraiment déplorable et irrespectueuse envers les professionnels qui travaillent sérieusement. À éviter absolument. Date de l’expérience : 15 mai 2025

Like others already said, it's a total scam. I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday in Berlin, they were never delivered, they never answer to any emails, the chat is not working. 90 euros for nothing. I feel scammed and also very stupid. Had I seen the reviews I would have never ordered from this site. I guess that this is a lesson learned.

Мы сделали заказ, который так и не был доставлен! Заказ был оплачен, но никакого письма с уведомлением о заказе не пришло, а заказ не доставлен!!!! На все мои обращения ответа нет, никаких объяснений, , я потребовал вернуть деньги! Но они этого не сделали и мне не отвечают! Это мошенники!

I made an order that was not delivered at all! I didn’t get any email telling me that, and when I asked for a refund, they said they would take care of it ; and they didn’t… and they’re not answering me ever since that! Be careful they are impostor!

Total Scam paid 92 euros for flowers to be delivered to Barcelona, no order number, no confirmation email, no flowers, no correspondence, phone number dead, live chat dead, email response dead. Dread to think what the flowers would of been like if they were miraculously deliverd, yes dead. Took the piss floral expert.com. whoever owns the company I hope someone sticks a rose up your arse 😡

SCAM, do not buy, check instagram and other websites, it's full scam do not buy

I have payed 90 euros for a bouquet and 8 euros for a delivery in Athens Greece. This was the stated price in the selection menu online, that I was informed before payment and agreed upon. 15 min after completing payment I have received an email requesting more 15 euros, because it is in the city area, where extra delivery price apply. Wait, WHAT?! So in total my price now is 113 euros! I have payed 23 euros on top of the advertised bouquet price FOR A DELIVERY! Never ever again. It was not worth it, it made me feel terrible. I still believe I was scammed. I definitely am going to consult with the consumer rights. I am sure they have scammed me.
