Don’t use these guys !!! They took the money and then never sent the flowers . Not answering emails , or calls , when I eventually got a person on messenger they were super rude !! Don’t use them !

I really liked the website, as it was recommended by a friend, because I wanted a type of flower that I only found at Floral Expert. They were super attentive in their service. And on the same day I placed the order, I already had my Christmas box arrangement in my hands. My mother loved it. Thank you very much for the dedication and delicacy of the flowers.

Ordered flowers. No flowers and no payback for 3 weeks now. Also no replay to the e-mails sent.

Scam - I paid but never got delivered. I tried to reached them through email, social media, whatsapp, not a single answer. DO NOT PURCHASE THERE

Not what i paid for I've paid for a bouquet for a birthday, the day before the delivery they sent me an email telling me they will change the arrangement with other flowers, i've replied telling that i didn't like the new composition and i wanted to stop the order and have a refund, no reply, they sent the altered bouquet and now i'm stuck with it. Disappointed.

I placed an order (No. 51398) with Floral-Expert on 20 November 2025 and paid 72 EUR. The flowers were not delivered on the scheduled date (22 November). A late delivery attempt was made two days later, which was refused, as the bouquet was meant for a specific occasion. I did not receive any notification about the delivery, any delivery attempt, or any tracking information. Despite multiple emails to customer service, I received no response and no refund. This lack of communication and failure to provide the service is unacceptable for a company claiming international standards. I will be pursuing a chargeback through my bank and reporting this case to consumer protection authorities.

SCAMMERS with the capital S, they just chopped my money and never delivered the flowers that I ORDERED AS A SURPRISE FOR A FRIENDS BIRTHDAY.. wth is wrong with you people. I warn everyone, please don’t buy from them!!!!!!!!!
