Do not order from this website

Do not order from this website. They only will forward your order to a local store in the area of where you want the order delivered and do nothing else. They have a "24/7" live chat, which you put your name and order number into for assistance, but nobody gets back to you. The telephone number for them does not work. It has been almost 2 weeks and nobody from the site can be reached. They have not contacted us either or given any delivery updates from their side at all. Also this Floral Expert site will charge you about 3x the price when you can find a local store. The same flowers on the website were around 100e but on the local place where the order came from, it was about 32e worth of flowers that arrived. There were numerous problems with this delivery. Firstly, they did send the order to a local store, but they did not put in my postcode on the address, so they tried to send my flowers to the same address and road number but in a completely different town. My fiancé (long distance) ordered me flowers for my birthday (May 25th) They forwarded the order to the wrong store. The person at the wrong store was very helpful and was able to direct the order to the correct one for me. So thankfully after 2 weeks of back and forwards communication the flowers have arrived. But this is ONLY because of the good service from people who work locally here, that has nothing to do with Floral Expert. If the local workers were not helpful, the delivery would not be completed and there would be no option to be refunded either. Never use these for anything. They are a scam.
