SCAM! AVOID! Ordered flowers for next day delivery before 2pm. At 1pm on delivery day, I reached out for the order status and got an e-mail response saying "The address of the delivery is not in Madid . And extra delivery fee of 15 € is required to deliver your order". Obviously I said no (because why would I pay more money for them to deliver to a Madrid outside of Madrid...when I want the flowers delivered to Madrd). So I re-sent the correct address in Madrid, along with a Google Maps hyperlink, asking either for the flowers to be delivered before 2pm as agreed, or for a full refund. I have recieved no flowers, no refund and no response to my e-mails. I e-mailed twice more to request the refund - And can now conclude that this is 100% a scam.

I really regret not reading former reviews before paying 100 euros for a bouquet I was ashamed that was delivered at all. Add to that the complete non responsive chat and email service. So sorry I used this site. Hope someone will be wiser than me and read this and avoid the same mistake.

Fraudulent website

2.5 stars, really, but assuming that many people with positive experiences haven´t left reviews I´m being generous here. Anyway, I ordered flowers for the next day, and was given the option of specifying a time for delivery. I received an email notifying me that my payment had been received, but that the order was being processed, and that I would receive another email when it was complete. It was unclear whether this meant after delivery or not. In the morning I used the chat function to try and clarify the status of my order. The reply came in 45 minutes, by which time I had logged off. The order was not delivered in the correct time frame paid for, and I knew that the intended recipient was not going to be around much longer, so I went into the chat room again. The person / bot replied after 30 minutes saying "let me check". Then - silence, despite repeated requests for information. 3.5 hours after the specified delivery timeframe, the flowers arrived and by chance the recipient intercepted them in the street. So: glad that they finally arrived, but communication was very poor, and given the cost involved this was not impressive. When people use next day delivery it´s normally for a special occasion: they pay for it and expect service to match. If you can´t guarantee a delivery time don´t offer this option and above all make sure that you communicate clearly what´s going on - this was the most infuriating thing, because I have wasted a large part of the day trying to find out what was happening.

They are CHEATERS - don't use them if you really value your money. First of all, they don't send the flowers they have on their website. Even though there is a disclaimer that the real bouquet may be different then in the pictures, they put much less flowers than the ones in the description of the bouqet. In addition to that, they post something like Ferrero chocolate box and they deliver something much cheaper than what you order. My complain to them remained unanswered. DO NOT USE THEM if you really care about the person whom you want to send the bouquet.

Total scam, should have checked the reviews before. The only reason why I chose this company is because they promise same day delivery. Paid for everything, they confirmed my order and then after taking the money out of my account they called me and said they can’t deliver it today so it will have to be tomorrow. I asked for a refund and a not so nice lady obviously refused. Do yourself a favour; don’t ! Update: I have never received the flowers!!!! And obviously customer service is not answering my emails or the live chat ! 62 euros in the trash. Update: weeks later, customer service is of course not answering. No reimbursement nothing, what a waste of money.

It’s a scam . We paid for a same day delivery and then when out payment went through we received a call from an employee saying that we couldn’t receive the flowers the same day. The lady on the phone was not professional . When we asked to have our money back because the only reason why we chose them is because they offer a same day delivery then denied our request ….. overall bad experience so far and we didn’t get the flowers yet so let’s see if the bouquet meet at least our expectations !

Its a scam. Ordered a flowers bouquet, payment went through. I never received a confirmation or anything. Called, a Romanian girl answered and said she will send a confirmation email. That never happened of course and flowers were not received
