This company is a Scam, they have poor service, do not deliver on time, the flowers are not fresh and the note was not attached. I will NEVER use them again

I placed and order a week ago, paid for it but no delivery so far, poor communication.

As far as I can understand this company is a total scam. Tried to order some flowers to be delivered in Berlin, but my bank blocked the transaction. After calling the bank discussing the the reason for that it became pretty obvious that the reason is low trustworthiness of the company (enough credits, nowhere near the purchase limit, no blocking of online purchases on my part). Later in the day got a call from the russian number asking me if I had any transaction problems. Upon saying that my bank blocked the transaction as your company is blacklisted by the bank I got promptly hung up on. What else to say? Could be an obvious scam or some Russia based company that is blocked by all banks.

i Ordered it yesterday and she get it on time, also i send them mail about details and they respond me in 5 minutes, yes online chat does not works, but they are responding on time!

Flowers not delivered. Not responding when I try to text them on their site. Chat support not working.

Because of the bad reviews I was thinking I could have been scammed. I was afraid but finally they gave it today to my girlfriend and she sent me a picture and they are very very beatiful, even better than in pics. So the company is reliable and the quality is TOP.
