I should have gave 0 Very low in response Awful customer service I placed an order successfully payed and never delivered. Quite frustrating not even receiving a refund. The phone number which are providing does not working, never received an answer

Delivery did not arrive. No response from the company. Maybe something went wrong but possibly a scam. Don't use them.

im so disappointed how it looks like the way they write the name in the card and how they wrap the bouquet of flowers not so nice and they delivered not the same as my boyfriend bought through online.And it cost a lot for few pieces of flowers😞😞😞

I chose them because the website said they did deliveries on weekends in Rome, but after I paid I received an email saying it's sunday and they can't deliver. They asked if they could do it on Monday but I wanted it to be on Sunday. I asked for a refund but never got it.

I placed an order and after they gladly got my money they keep disattending all mails and phone calls. On line chat simply do not exists and not operative.

I think this company is a scam. The bouquet I ordered never arrived and I have been charged twice for it. I also have not had any response to my emails.
