I recently placed an order with Floral Expert, requesting a Sunday delivery. However, the flowers were delivered on Saturday without my approval. To make matters worse, the flowers were not handed to the intended recipient but were carelessly left on a window ledge. They remained there for an extended period, as no one was expecting them, and were in poor condition when finally discovered. This mishandling led to confusion and disappointment, ruining what was meant to be a special moment. To add to the frustration, when I tried to reach out to customer support, they were unresponsive and unwilling to address my concerns. This has been the worst service experience I've ever encountered.

I ordered flowers for my grandmother birthdays. It timed out to be a very beautiful bouquet. My recommendations

Paid for flowers. Never arrived. Sent emails. No reply. Very disappointing and upsetting because it was for mother's day! Please don't use it!

This company is a scam...any ideas on how to close it down?

To be honest, I thought they were SCAM. No e-mail confirmation, no texts, no calls. No reply also from their customer service. The flowers arrived in Rome, Italy the same day we intended for it to be delivered. It is not SCAM however bad customer service & communication. The flowers are beautiful by the way although it is not the same as how we ordered it it was still beautiful and the receiver appreciate it.

Always fresh flowers.It’s convenient that you can select the time period during which delivery will take place. Flowers are always in a vase and in boxes
