I’ve used this service three times now each time has been problematic and stressful. The flowers never get delivered especially on time. They do a completely horrible job on keeping you updated if your order is cancelled or if there’s anything wrong with the order very bad experience, and if you want to save yourself, a whole load of stress and hassle and money I would not recommend using these guys

Been doing business now for two years, different occasions. Only once was disappointed at the presentation/appearance of What I ordered. I contacted customer service…thinking- I’m not going to get anywhere with my concerned/complaint. immediately…I received response/attention/and solution. I will continue to order with complete confidence that if there should be a problem in the future, that customer service and attention is nothing less than 5 stars.

They delivered a day late for a birthday and refused to give a refund. I would never use them. Waste of money.

Sent wrong floral arrangement of very poor quality then refunded $22 from the $112 purchase and ignored follow up WhatsApp messages. Extremely disappointing transaction on all counts.

Been sending flowers to my Mom through them and I must say they are reliable and they do a great job. Their customer service is excellent (with on-time updates) and the flowers are really beautiful (according to my Mom and judging from the pictures sent).

Same like everyone else here. I would give them -2000 but i cant. Still waiting for the answer for my refund but no one replied on WhatsApp and email. This is what i got from these thiefs only. They were suppose to deliver flowers on 8th of march. We regret to inform you that your order could not be delivered as scheduled owing to non availability of fresh flowers.
