Thé booking online went well, there was a good selection and the recipients we’re happy too. The bouquet was for new year and the colours being of the season made that cheerful yellow

I ordered Christmas flowers for a dear friend in Victoria Australia who has had a year of ill health. I was told the flowers were delivered as ordered by Flora2000, they were not. My friend never received them. When I contacted Flora2000, all they did was offer to cancel the order and refund my money, nothing about trying to get flowers to my dear friend as I asked. If this was the 1st time I would have thought it was a one off, but this has happened before when my sister, who was having a special birthday never received her flowers, despite my being told the flowers were delivered. Flora2000 advertises they deliver world wide, including to the small town where my friend and sister live, but apparently that is not the case. I have already switched international flower delivery companies and will not use Flora2000 again, they have spoiled 2 very special giving occasions for me which I find totally unacceptable.

Ordering was easy, big range from which to choose, and when some how I managed to put the wrong state in the receipt address - NA instead of TX - it was very easy to make change. Would recommend.

A dear friend of ours lost his father. The only concern was they live in the Philippines and we are in the United States. I contacted this Flora2000 via the internet and the transaction was smooth and without difficulty. The arrangement is beautiful and delivery timely. Thank you so much for your help!

Flora 2000 always delivers on time and a beautiful bouquet of flowers or centerpiece. As I live in a different country and send these gifts to my family back home I really appreciate the ease of ordering, and receiving notice when delivery is done. Makes gift giving a simple non stressful task. Thank you Flora2000

My experience with Flora2000 is excellent. I had made an order from Croatia, for the funeral in Greece. They were most helpful and kind, the flowers were delivered on time and I had been informed about the delivery. Later on, I had asked them to change the invoice and address it to the Company's name and they sent it to me within 5 min. I would recommend their service to anyone.
