Flower was delivered late
Response from Flora2000Sep 11, 2019
We are extremely sorry that your order was delivered late. Upon investigating with the courier company it was noted that the package was held up in transit due to adverse weather conditions. We know how important the delivery was for you and cannot reverse the unavoidable delay in delivery. To set things right we have refunded you in full for this order. The refunded amount will be credited back into your account within 3-4 business days. We once again are sorry and thank you for placing an order with us.

The last 2 orders I had, their partner in the Philippines did not do well in providing the service as promised. Last February, I was notified that my order was delivered when in fact the recipient received none. Although they sent a replacement, it was several days late and there was no longer the element of surprise as I have to ask my wife is she received any flowers. The most recent order I have is supposed to be a bundle of flowers, chocolate and a small stuffed toy. There was no stuffed toy received. That would be my last with this company.

We are extremely sorry to hear about your recent shopping experiences with us. These incidents should, of course, not happen and is not our standard. I just received a feedback from our outlet about your recent order and we see that there was no stuffed toy ordered with this particular order. You had ordered the "Red Hot Delight" arrangement (https://www.flora2000.com/Shopping/Philippines/red-hot-delight-24-red-roses-with-chocolates-qb.html) on our website which comes with 2 dozen Deep Red-Hot Roses and a box of heart-shaped Ferrero chocolates. However this arrangement does not have a stuff toy and neither the same was added as an ad-on and so was not delivered. I assured your feedback has been taken seriously and going forward we will personally take care of all your orders. As a gesture of goodwill we have emailed you a $5 discount coupon that can be used for placing a future order with us. Thank you once again for shopping with us.

I purchased roses for delivery to Philippines in July/2019. When she received the flowers took a pictures. They were not good at all they were awful. I reported and asked for resenting the fresh roses. Unfortunately nobody responded my request.

As per our previous discussions, we have re-shipped the 'Timeless Love' arrangement and the same will reach the recipient before Wednesday 5th September 2019. The new shipment will be at our cost. This entire incident should, of course, not happen and is not our standard. We once again are terribly sorry for all this. As a gesture of goodwill; we will discount your next order by $5. Any time you place a future order with us; please email the order number or use our 24X7 live support & we will charge you $5 less. This $5 discount will be over- &-above any other discounts you get or use on that order. Thank you once again for shopping with us.
