We are extremely sorry about this. It is true that royalmail is unable to Track and Trace this package. It seems their system is not picking up the tracking number assigned to this package. We are extremely sorry that your order was delivered late. As per the latest update from our delivering outlet deliveries to Ormoc City takes 48 hours as this is a far off area. Cause of the far off location your order was delayed, however please understand this is not an excuse used for the delay. We understand that you have been a loyal customer of Flora2000 and how important the occasion was for you. This has been a rare instance where we have failed to fully satisfy your order. This incident should, of course, not happen and is not our standard. On the 4th we got an update from our outlet that the address you provided was incorrect, this is the precise reason they called the receiver to get the correct address. However no one answered their repeated calls. On 5th she replied and gave them another address where the delivery was immediately done. Please understand our outlet rely on the address information given by our customers & if the information given is incorrect or incomplete; its becomes a pretty difficult task for them to complete deliveries on time. In this case our delivering partner tried their best & completed the delivery. As a gesture of goodwill we have emailed you a $5 discount coupon which can be redeemed for a future order. We see that order# 1604711 you mentioned was delivered on time, however your order# 1605091 scheduled to be delivered on 16th August has missed the delivery date. Our outlet replied that 16th August was a National Holiday in Japan and so the delivery was on hold. We understand how important this order is for you and have immediately issued you a full refund for this. This incident should, of course, not happen and is not our standard. We are terribly sorry for this. I hope you are satisfied with the refund and will give us another chance to reinstate your faith in our floral services.
